Kaitlynn Hunter, Jeannine Larrick Update:
On Sat. 21 Feb. 2026 at around 5:30pm EST three policemen showed up at Jeannine’s door. She called a friend, and then was silenced. There is absolutely no reason for Jeannine to be arrested.
Beginning 2 Nov. 2019 the Guernsey County Police together with Ohio Child Protective Services, appeared to have committed an armed kidnap of Kaitlynn Hunter, Jeannine Larrick’s daughter. They placed the eleven year old in what became seven years of Foster Care prison, saying it was because she wasn’t in school.
They ordered Jeannine for an in-patient “psychiatric evaluation” which disallowed the mother the right to attend Kaitlynn’s court hearing and present the signed and filed Home Schooling papers she wished filed into the court record.
As a result Kaitlynn endured seven years of multiple foster placements where she was raped, tortured, twice beaten resulting in bleeding head concussions, deprived of schooling and starved for a year to where she lost 60 pounds. She was also deprived of medical care for her beatings and actually taken from the hospital emergency room around midnight by the CPS and police. She was to stay overnight in the hospital for evaluation of a bleeding head concussion.
Several times Kaitlynn tried to run away from her abusers. At age 16 she was finally successful and ended up at home with her mother and grandmother. However, after several months of peace and safety police showed up and forced her back with Ohio CPS, where she was again deprived of food and placed in dangerous situations.
Meanwhile Jeannine was hauled into court where she was charged with harboring Kaitlynn, placed under a restraining order not to talk to her own daughter and ordered another psych evaluation by the same psychologist who wrongly diagnosed her when Kaitlynn was originally taken from her loving care.
In Dec. 2025 Jeannine’s Mother (Betty) was taken by ambulance to Ohio Health Columbus, OH, for a fractured hip. Shortly thereafter, Betty was approved for Hip surgery. Jeannine was provided a list of nursing homes to choose from where Betty could rehab & recover.
In Jan. 2026 Betty was suddenly transferred to the hospital’s 7th Floor where she was denied her Baseline Meds [Xanax] and found marinating in her own feces & urine for days – causing Sepsis in her Spinal Cord & Brain. Jeannine was informed that Betty would not make it and she passed away soon thereafter.
The Funeral Director confirmed that Betty “went through hell” after he inspected her body. She had a dime size hole in the back of her skull that appeared to be caused by being dropped on her head. Her death was obviously caused by gross medical fraud. He wondered why the Coroner’s report said that Betty died of “Natural Causes.”
Who are these monsters and who gave them authority to commit these crimes?
The Guernsey County Police Department is a private for-profit corporation which answers to the British Crown. They appear to be in collusion with the CIA and Ohio BAR members (Judges, Attorney/Lawyers) and CPS to traffic women and children connected to Ohio Child Protective Services.

Why is Jeannine being trafficked to a Psych Ward a second time after being incarcerated in Appalachia Behavioral Health [Psych Ward] for 6 months (June-Dec.2021) while Judges, CPS filed for permanent custody of Kaitlynn?
Why is Jennifer Johnson [Clerk of Court, Guernsey County Common Pleas Court] still seizing multiple millions worth of Trust & Bonds linked to Birth Certificates & SSNs after victims are trafficked into “State Custody” [foster] prisons, jails, nursing homes, State Hospitals, Psych Wards (where Jeannine was strapped to a table & force-injected, force medicated with Psychotropic drugs at Appalachia Behavioral Health, Athens Campus from June to Dec.2021).
