WCCO, CBS, MINNESOTA SPREADING FALSE INFORMATION THAT KIDNAPPING CHILDREN IS NOT AGAINST THE LAW

WCCO – CBS – Minnesota is using the airwaves to publish FALSE information that will cause the unsuspecting public to think and believe that law enforcement can take physical custody of a child, and then, pass that child on to a third party who has no parental authorization and/or no Power of Attorney to take the child.

Today, WCCO conducted an interview with Mary Granlund, school board, Columbia Heights, Minnesota.

The topic centered on Liam Conejo Ramos, 5, who on January 20, 2026, was taken into the physical care of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) after the child’s father abandoned him and fled ICE.

ICE properly took the abandoned child into their care and made sure he was safe and warm.

WCCO gave Granlund a platform whereupon the two women sent out a message to the public that vilified ICE for not turning over the 5-year-old boy to Granlund who tried to take physical custody of the child.

WCCO allowed Granlund to tell the public that because she had a laminated ID card on her person that said she was with the “school” – the ICE agents, she reasoned, should have handed the child over to her.

WCCO is spreading very DANGEROUS INFORMATION.

It is AGAINST THE LAW for anyone who has authorized physical custody of a child, to turn that child over to a third party, UNLESS the authorized custodian (1) has parental authorization to do so, or (2) Power of Attorney from a parent.

The false belief that children can be physically taken by someone and moved from location to location without parental permission or Power of Attorney was first pushed in the media when HILLARY CLINTON’s bodyguard, disgraced NAVY SEAL Craig (Sawman) Sawyer and Alex Jones created a fake child rescue group called VETERANS FOR CHILD RESCUE INC and claimed they were going to rescue children from cages.

After being publicly confronted by War Correspondent Timothy Charles Holmseth, Craig Sawyer subsequently admitted publicly it’s “kidnapping” to take a child without parental permission or Power of Attorney.

U.S. COURT exhibits in Tennessee and Minnesota show V4CR warned War Correspondent Timothy Charles Holmseth they were going to kidnap his daughter, transport her to Fort Campbell Military installation, where, they said, they would have a dog rape her while they filmed it.

Craig Sawyer, Arizona, filed retraining orders in Anoka County, Minnesota against Holmseth and his escrow agent Randi Lynn Erickson, so Holmseth and Erickson couldn’t post Sawyer’s kidnap, rape, torture, and murder threats on the Web.

Minnesota is captured by the enemy.
