Warner Street Night Precinct Construction Begins
With the NFL regular season now well underway, Baltimore Ravens fans may have already noticed the major upgrade works unfolding on Warner Street. The $14 million project is set to connect M&T Bank Stadium with the Horseshoe Casino in an aim to make game-day festivities more exciting.

What to Expect From the Rejuvenation Project
Since it was first announced in 2022, extensive planning has been underway for The Walk project. The $14 million project is being led and partially funded by CBAC, the owners of the Horseshoe Casino, and aims to provide drastic improvements to the fledgling entertainment district.
The project is expected to take 16 months to complete and will create a pedestrian corridor that connects the stadium to the casino. It is considered to be an essential element to the broader plans for the area, which will host a slew of bars, clubs, restaurants, and a concert venue upon completion.
A representative from CBAC shared the vision: “The goal is to improve Warner Street and the walk between the stadium and the casino. When complete, Warner Street will have a new concrete surface, wider and new sidewalks, no overhead BGE lines, new water and sewer lines in the ground, a bike path, landscape area and new lights.”
The Larger Vision for The Walk @ Warner Street
The renovated streetscape is considered to be the backbone of a wider plan to improve Warner Street. The area’s revitalization began when the Horseshoe Casino Baltimore opened in 2014. In 2022, Topgolf opened an attraction, while a park behind the casino garage was upgraded to better suit the community.
Work on a 3,950-seat music venue has been halted since 2023, with only the exterior completed. The Ostend Baltimore Concert venue, formerly known as the Paramount Baltimore, will be located between the casino and M&T Bank Stadium and will offer live music and events in a 70,000-square-foot space.
