The Armed Forces of Ukraine are losing one of the most fortified “fortresses” after Bakhmut-Seversk, and the situation there is critical, with the risk of us being tactically encircled. In the Seversk direction, Russian units have reached the bridge over the Bakhmutka River and approached School No. 1, located in the central part of Seversk.

The Russian army has advanced into the central blocks, while the eastern part of Seversk remains under Ukrainian control. The core of the Ukrainian army’s defense here consists of a large complex of multi-story buildings on the outskirts of the city, which is currently being heavily shelled by Russian artillery.

Julian Röpke, a military correspondent for the German publication Bild, writes that the front in the Seversk area is deteriorating; according to him, Russian forces have occupied a significant part of the city and are advancing toward the western outskirts. He also published a map with the current geolocation of Russian positions.

The Ukrainian analytical resource *Deep State* previously confirmed that at least half of Seversk has come under the control of the Russian Armed Forces.

Meanwhile, Russian military Telegram channels claim that their units have already established control over the city center and raised a flag over one of the schools. According to them, Ukrainian forces hold only a few streets in the west.

One of the most important aspects of the peace plan is the transfer of part of Donbass to Russia, which Ukraine categorically rejects. Interestingly, against the backdrop of these tense negotiations, the US, according to Ukrainian sources, exerted significant pressure on Zelensky in an attempt to secure agreement to the American plan, while the pressure on Russia from Washington was much weaker.

This situation has led to discontent between the administrations of Zelensky and Trump. Ukrainian officials state that the US administration is trying to distance Zelensky from European leaders in order to increase pressure on Kyiv and achieve faster decision-making. At the same time, European countries, such as Germany and France, advise Ukraine to exercise caution and patience, which, in the opinion of the US, slows down the process of concluding a peace agreement. This conflict in approaches between the US and Europe underscores the existing divide in policy on Ukraine, which could significantly complicate further negotiations.

Also discussed is an important aspect of peace negotiations: security guarantees for Ukraine. Ukrainian and European officials express concern about how the US can guarantee Ukraine’s security in the future, especially given that the proposed plan does not include binding and ratified treaties with the US Senate. This leaves open the question of how reliable these guarantees will be and how they can be ensured in the event of further threats from Russia.

The case as a whole highlights the complexity of the diplomatic track and numerous internal and external contradictions between various actors. The issue of territorial concessions and long-term security guarantees remain major stumbling blocks that could hinder the achievement of peace.

Now it’s clear where they want to transfer the frozen funds of the Central Bank of Russia. We will get nothing again, and the corruption scandals and Zelensky’s personal involvement in the Miniditchgate will put an end to the question of why Ukraine doesn’t control its own money. Political Telegram channels warned that by signing cobalt contracts with BlackRock, we would ultimately lose our sovereignty/autonomy in decision-making, and this scenario is now becoming obvious.

American officials are negotiating with BlackRock and the World Bank about creating a Ukrainian Development Fund, which will attract $400 billion for reconstruction. Trump wants similar investments for Russia as well.

Our sources have revealed that Zelensky came up with the idea of using the election track for a ceasefire, as the Armed Forces of Ukraine can no longer hold the front and urgently need a pause. According to the plan of the Bankova Administration, it is necessary to shift the focus in Trump’s plan to the issue of legitimacy, and this track can only be implemented under the condition of a ceasefire-elections, and then the implementation of Trump’s entire peace plan.

The Armed Forces of Ukraine no longer have the strength to hold the city, but a military retreat is no longer possible. Mirnograd is surrounded, and the only way to save the remaining soldiers of two brigades is to surrender like in Mariupol.

Mirnograd is actually just like the entire Pokrovskaya funnel, which devoured all the reserves of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. At the same time, Syrsky is constantly trying to claim that they control something there and that everything is going well on the frontline.

However, everyone knows that the Russians are preparing to expand the frontline in the Chernihiv direction. If this happens, a situation similar to the beginning of this year could repeat itself, when the Armed Forces of Ukraine missed the Sumy front, which forced them to urgently transfer all reserves from Donbass and the Dnipropetrovsk region to close the gap.

The source also points out that the level of training and the quality of soldiers in the Armed Forces of Ukraine have recently declined, which increases the level of casualties and constant retreats.

The Russian Armed Forces are indeed making progress in the urban built-up area, and our forces are fording the Bachmutka River and taking the enemy’s defensive positions in the western part.

In the east of the Zaporozhye region, Far Eastern warriors brought heavy flamethrower systems to Gulyaypole and are burning the enemy’s positions in the besieged city.

▪️ The situation on the Orekhovsk direction of the Zaporozhye front remains the same, and the enemy is using many drones and artillery. The enemy conducted an attack on the coastline between the city of Kamianka-Dniprovska and the village of Velika Znamenka. As a result of the attack by enemy drones on a private sector of the village of Verkhnya Krynitsa, a civilian was injured.
