On April 19, some Irish band I never heard of called Kneecap performed at the Coachella Music Festival in California. During their performance, several messages appeared on the stage directed against Israel, including, “F–k Israel” and ” Free Palestine”. There was also a message accusing our own country of enabling Israel.

Free speech? Sure. Nobody is going to get arrested here. I will exercise my own free speech here and condemn it. How ironic that a music festival in the US attacks the victims of an atrocity that occurred at a music festival (Nova Festival) in Israel on October 7, 2023, the act that started this latest round of fighting between Israel and Hamas.
And how rude is it when you go to another country and publicly attack that country? Yes, it is free speech, but my message to the lads from Ireland is to go back where they came from. And shame on anybody who attends their concerts in our country.
