Barbie & Ken vs. Goliath IRS: Did the DOJ Just Double Down?

On Tuesday January 23, 2024, following the filing of the Friend of the Court Brief and Ken Cromar’s filing a Response to the Objection to Ken’s Motion to Dismiss, Judge H. Howard C Nielson, Jr. announced an unscheduled Status Hearing on Thursday. To date, Magistrate Dustin B. Pead has sat on the bench managing all of the pre-trial motions and has seemed prejudiced against Ken. Now, it appears that Judge Nielson may have read Ken’s filings and the Friend of the Court Brief and realizes that something may be very wrong with the United States of America Prosecutor’s grand jury indictment, wrongful jurisdiction, and the conspiracy to deny Ken Cromar of his Constitutional Rights.

Then on Thursday January 25, 2024, in U.S. District Court before the Trump appointed judge, Howard C. Nielson, Jr., the “Goliath IRS” Assistant U.S. Attorney Mark E. Woolf stepped down from the case as lead counsel! WHAT?! The guy who convinced the allegedly lawful “grand jury” (still not proven) has walked away from his own case against Ken Cromar? I have never heard of such a thing. While this may appear to be a reason to rejoice, let’s not forget the past. Mr. Woolf’s replacement is a Special Prosecutor, who was sent from Washington DC. This is curious, for such a simple six-year case of Alleged Tax Evasion, the DOJ now send in the big guns from Washington?  Looks to me like Washington DC has too much invested in the Story of Barbie & Ken vs. Goliath IRS to simply let it go!

But then, the Criminal Referral to JAG that was part of the Friend of the Court Brief may well be causing some heartburn. After all, Future proves the Past and the DOJ has a lot riding on the line.
