Barbie & Ken: “They” Lied and Stole Our Dream Home

The Real Barbie & Ken Story

Barbie & Ken had a dream that goes like this… Once upon a time in the quiet kingdom of Cedar Hills, Utah lived Barbie & Ken, who served their community faithfully. Ken was one of the City Councilmen, who discovered that there were problems in the counting house, where they were counting out the money.

Alarmed, Ken brought the matter to the Kingsmen, who ignored his concerns. So, Ken sounded the alarms warning his neighbors of the problems he had discovered. Many listened to Ken and started asking more and more questions of those who were in charge of the treasury (the counting house). This only annoyed the Kingsmen further and they sought for a way to silence that pesky Ken.

The Kingsmen devised a plan, they would seek the assistance of Goliath IRS (Infernal Revenue Service) who would use his might to threaten Barbie & Ken into silence. When Goliath’s threats did not scare Barbie & Ken, Goliath sent a Royal Notice claiming that Barbie & Ken were Tax Cheats and owed Goliath IRS more than $1 Million for unpaid taxes.

Goliath IRS served Notice on Barbie & Ken that “they” were going to seize their home and auction it off to the highest bidder to pay the alleged taxes owed. Barbie & Ken went to the Chief Judge (Robert J. Shelby) seeking protection from the unlawful claim of Goliath IRS. “Silence,” the Chief Judge yelled at Barbie and Ken, “we will hear no more of this” and the Chief Judge ordered Barbie & Ken’s Dream Home (their castle) be auctioned off at the Royal Courthouse steps.

On the day of the Royal Auction, the Goliath IRS Agent (Gary Chapman) awarded the castle to be sold to the highest bidder Nathan Eddington, one of the Governor’s Guard (Utah Highway Patrol) for $330,000. Barbie & Ken appealed to the Royal Federal Appeals Court and while waiting for a ruling on their plea for help, the Chief Judge ordered the home to be sold to “Bishop” Brett Belliston for $331,000 claiming that “Bishop” Belliston was the winning bidder at the Royal Auction even though he wasn’t in attendance at the auction.

Barbie & Ken demanded their rights and petitioned the Royal Federal Courts for a redress of their grievances. They wrestled with Goliath IRS and beat him into signing a Royal Decree stating that Barbie & Ken Did Not and Never Did Owe any Taxes! But as Barbie & Ken tried to share the news of Goliath IRS’ defeat, Goliath’s brothers said, “we will have none of this,” and “they” made sure that no one would accept Goliath’s Royal Decree. Barbie & Ken even tried to tell their religious leaders of their victory, but they would not listen and instead, Barbie & Ken were given a Notice of Trespass stating that they will be arrested if they stepped foot on any Church Property. So, Goliath’s brothers not only successfully prevented Barbie & Ken’s victory from being told, but they even got the Church to cast them out!

Finally, the Queen of the Utah Court, Christine S. Johnson, held a trial against Barbie & Ken for burglarizing their own castle and interfering with their attempt to steal Barbie & Ken’s Dream Home and the (bought and paid for) jury quickly found Barbie & Ken guilty of the charges.

The Kingsmen were ecstatic that they were finally going to silence Barbie & Ken. On the day before their sentencing, however, the Queen of the Utah Court cried, “off with their heads” and issued an edict (Arrest Warrant) to arrest and detain Barbie & Ken. They immediately recognized the danger for them when they showed up to the sentencing. So, Barbie & Ken went into seclusion and appeared at the sentencing hearing by way of the Royal Video System (WEBEX). The Queen of the Utah Court was infuriated to realize that Barbie & Ken were in attendance but out of the reach of her henchmen. The Queen of the Utah Court suspended the sentencing hearing until such time that her henchmen could arrest Barbie & Ken and bring them back into her court.

For more than a year, Barbie & Ken evaded the Queen of the Utah Court’s henchmen while they continued to seek redress of the false claims made against them. During that time, the Royal Federal Court held a grand jury, not knowing of Goliath IRS’ Royal Decree, indicted Ken on the same crimes that they had already been tried for in front of the Queen of the Utah Court. Ken was finally arrested and brought in to custody by the Royal Federal Marshall and was charged again in the Royal Federal Court for the same bogus crimes.

Friends of Barbie & Ken (We the People) were beyond frustrated with the abuse afflicted upon Barbie & Ken. We presented a detailed outline (Friend of the Court Brief) of the injustice of the Royal Court and the real criminals involved in Barbie & Ken’s battle with Goliath IRS while trying to protect their home and castle.

The detailed outline (Friend of the Court Brief) clearly showed from the Royal Records (Utah County Recorder’s Office and Court Records):

1. At the close of the auction, Mr. Nathan Eddington was declared the winning bidder of the auction (not “Bishop” Brett Belliston or Copper Birch Properties, LLC.)

2. Seven months after the auction, Barbie & Ken discovered that the title to their castle was still in their name. Assuming that it was because of their ambitious court filings that kept the castle in their name, Barbie & Ken moved back into their Cedar Hills home.

3. One year after the auction, while still occupying the home, Barbie & Ken were forcibly removed from their home by a paramilitary 75-man multijurisdictional SWAT team, that may have also included at least two Utah National Guardsmen, along with probable FBI collaborator and agent provocateur John Sullivan (who was also at Barbie & Ken’s Castle on September 2, 2020 and was also inciting riots at the January 6, 2021 “insurrection in Washington DC”) as well as the man arrested for inciting riots in Provo, Utah, seen with Jesse Taggart who shot a man who was in a car driving to Home Depot, and possibly the notorious “Federal Agent” Ray Epps. – [just how coincidental is that?]

4. Barbie & Ken were then charged with 2nd Degree Felony Burglary of a Dwelling, and 3rd Degree Felony Wrongful Appropriation, of a house that “Bishop” Brett Belliston claimed he won at the auction (which he did not attend) and purchased the house from the IRS on a backdated document of September 10, 2019.

5. Barbie & Ken filed an “Emergency Motion to Set Aside Judgement” which was a compelling expose about how “Bishop” Belliston was actually one of the criminals by defying a court order, with the help of an IRS agent and possibly others, in doing an unlawful sale to obtain Barbie & Ken’s castle.

6. The Motion clearly shows that there is no direct, documented, chronological, record of transfer between Barbie & Ken, IRS, or Eddington (the successful bidder at the auction), to “Bishop” Belliston.

7. On January 11th 2024, in the Queen’s Utah Court, the prosecutor (Jared Perkins) filed a motion to strike the “restitution hearing.”  In his motion, he explained that “Bishop” Belliston, the man who falsely claimed to have won the auction, and who was going to testify in the restitution hearing, under oath about how much money Barbie & Ken owed him (which was already calculated at over $150,000), had changed his mind and that he would not be asking for any restitution. The prosecutor also explained that he went back to “Bishop” Belliston and confirmed that he was permanently waiving his rights to all claims of restitution against Barbie & Ken. Mr. Perkins stated, “the prosecution has not consulted with the defendants Barbie & Ken, but no objection is expected.”

8. “Bishop” Belliston’s decision not to pursue restitution appears to be his acknowledgment that “they” have been caught red-handed and exposed by the county records, which may have influenced “Bishop” Belliston to limit his exposure by not asking for anything from Barbie & Ken.

9. It also appears that the Queen of the Utah Court and the Prosecution realize that Barbie & Ken’s claims may be true. In the motion, Barbie & Ken claimed that fraud vitiates (voids) everything. (U.S. vs Throckmorton, an historic land patent case). And, Barbie & Ken also stated that they “believe that the court may have been deceitfully used to steal their castle through the commission of fraud upon the court.” Then on January 12th, at exactly 9:54:40 a.m., the Queen of the Utah Court (Judge Christine Johnson) signed, “Order Striking Restitution Hearing.”  Could it be that the Queen of the Utah Court and the prosecutor have reason to believe that Barbie & Ken’s castle was, in fact, stolen from them by fraud in a possible criminal conspiracy involving a number of unindicted co-conspirators?

Well, Barbie & Ken have awoken from the dream to discover that it is actually a nightmare. However, in the game of chess, this is the point where the victor declares, “CHECKMATE!” But the moral of the story is, if this can happen to Barbie & Ken, it can happen to you!
