The State Of Georgia Is Being Invaded - Congressional Candidate Warns The Public (Video)

The State of Georgia is being invaded! That is what Congressional Candidate for Georgia District 12 Tori Branum has stated in a recent Rumble video.

For full disclosure, this writer knows little about Tori Branum other than what has been stated on her pages. She supports an Article V Convention just for an amendment to establish term limits for members of Congress. As most readers know, an Article V Convention is very dangerous as it cannot be controlled or limited when it comes to revision of the Constitution. We know this from the first convention called to revise the Articles of Confederation, which resulted in our present Constitution. But, this does not diminish what Ms. Branum is indicating that is happening in Georgia.

This writer wrote about an Islamic compound being proposed in Newton County, Georgia, which appeared first at Freedom Outpost and Sons of Liberty Media on August 13, 2016. Here are pertinent excerpts from the article.

In August of 2015, a Doraville, Georgia, nonprofit, Al Maad Al Islami, Inc. d/b/a Masjid At-Taqwa, purchased a 135-acre tract along GA. Highway 162 for $1.3 million dollars from the Neely Farms Family Limited Partnership, whose registered agent happens to be Covington attorney and former Democrat candidate for the county board of commissioners’ chairman, Phil Johnson.  The edited DOT road map of Newton County, Georgia indicates the possible location outlined in red.  The organization has already been a defendant in a 2013 court case in DeKalb County, Georgia for numerous violations and infringements on another resident’s property, in the form of storm run- off,  sanitary sewer water flows from activities at the facility resulting in accumulation of noxious orders as well as numerous county ordinance violation include noise.  A record of the land acquisition is available at the Tax Assessors website. Prior to the sale of the land, Neely Farms Family drafted a letter of intent on May 28, 2015, outlining the plans for the property.  The letter stated, “the site plan ‘reflects a future school site for a church [mosque] operated school when the church [mosque] is strong enough to accommodate such an addition.’”  The letter also stated that “‘initial access to the church [mosque] site will be from County Line Road.  At such time as the church [mosque] is able to expand operations,  a curb cut will be sought from the Georgia Department of Transportation for access onto Ga. Highway 162.’”

According to Bizpedia, the registered agent is Tarun Ahmed, who uses the same address as the mosque.  The contacts listed for Al Maad Al Islami consists of Kawsar Ahmed, Lilburn, Georgia;  Tarun Ahmed, Doraville, Georgia; and Mohammad Islam, Doraville, Georgia.  All the information sites related to nonprofit organizations had very little information on the organization other that what is listed at Bizpedia.  A search of each of the names produces numerous entries none of which could be narrowed down.  The search of Mohammed Islam produced numerous results all over the nation and some abroad.  Listings were present in Texas; Brooklyn, NY; Connecticut, Michigan, UK, Canada and New Zealand.

Since the organization was listed in court documents as doing business as Masjid At-Taqwa, a search of this term netted interesting results.  It just so happens that Masjid At-Taqwa has organizations/facilities in Texas; Brooklyn, NY; Connecticut, Michigan, the UK, Canada and New Zealand – the same as Mohammad Islam.  And, the Imam of Masjid At-Taqwa of New York happens to be Siraj Wahhaj, an unindicted coconspirator in the 1993 bombing of the World Trade Center. Siraj is also notorious for his advocacy of an Islamic State here in the united States. Subsequent research discovered that it is plausible Mohammad Islam, Doraville, Georgia, an Imam with Al Maad Al Islami, could possibly be the same person connected with listings in Texas; Brooklyn, NY; Connecticut; Michigan; UK; Canada; and New Zealand.

As a result of the pushback here in Newton County, Georgia against this Islamic compound (community), the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR) sent “representatives”, read thugs, to our little county. Unsurprisingly, the county board of commissioners folded faster than a set of cheap deck chairs.

According to Branum, which also appeared at End Time Headlines, this will be a “61,000 square foot Muslim shopping and dining facility”. In 2014, Muslim residents petitioned the city council of Kennesaw, Georgia, to open a mosque in a shopping mall. From the Branum’s video above, “they’re making videos calling it the ‘Gaza strip’ in America.” It is assumed the “they” Branum is referring is the real estate developer and the developer’s brother doing all the legal leg work, who are both Muslims from Palestine.

Branum also indicated there was a 24,000 + square foot rezoning project in Lilburn, Georgia, which will include 104 tenant properties. According to a December 2014 article at Now the End Begins, the Lilburn, Georgia city council approved a massive 20,000 square foot mosque project. At this time, the only rezoning project found in Lilburn, Georgia that could match what Ms. Branum is relaying is RZ-2025-01, contained in the August 28, 2025, Lilburn Planning Commission meeting. “Application by Mohammed Awad, obo Sur Consulting, to rezone two parcels with no mailing address and 4541, 4535 Arcado Rd, also recorded as District 6, Land Lot 123, Parcels 033, 015, 162, and 014. Applicant seeks the rezoning of approximately 9.44 +/- acres from R-1 Low Density Residential to MU Mixed Use for the development of 104 residential condos, and 24,000 +/- square feet of commercial development.”

In reviewing the subsequent reference documents, this is the project to which Ms. Branum is referring. The following are all the documents submitted for this project.

So, who is Mohammed Awad and Sur Consulting?

According to Rocket Reach, Mohammed Awad is a staff software engineer at Tesla and has been since 2025. Before that, Awad was a staff software engineer at Meta (2024) and a software development leader at Etsy (2023-2024). He graduated from Georgia State University in 2014, with his first employment indicated to be with Scylla Technologies as a web developer. He is listed as a programmer with Sur Consulting, LLC from 2015 – 2017. Awad then went on to work for The Home Depot, Cisco, Regions Bank, and Warner Media before the previous listed employment with Etsy.

Sur Consulting, LLC lists Mohammed Awad as a co-founder along with his brother Mahmood Awad. The pictures of Mohammed Awad are the same at Rocket Reach and Sur Consulting, LLC. According to the website, Sur Consulting, LLC, has been in business for 10 plus years when the brothers Awad started selling websites to small businesses.

It’s a far cry from software engineer to developer of a massive 20,000 + square foot project.

The owner contact of Taqwa Investments, LLC is listed as Afsar Ali. A search for Afsar Ali, Taqwa Investments, LLC in Lilburn GA returned zero results – separately and combined. A search for the address 447 Cabin River Rd, Lilburn, Georgia on Google Maps show a residential home indicated Trendoid AI is the occupant. The map on the home page of Sur Consulting, LLC lists 5884 Old Town Pl Norcross, GA, and the picture of the building suggests it is a private residence. According to Google Maps, Sur Consulting, LLC is located at this address. In trying to obtain a physical address to “contact” Sur Consulting, LLC, the “Contact Us” link at the bottom of the home page was clicked, which returned this writer to the top of the home page. The only contact is through phone or the email address of an “mawad”.

The Sur Consulting, LLC website claims to have partnered with names such as Wal-Mart, Under Armour, Disney, Delta, the MLB, Warner Bros. Discovery, and Microsoft. Microsoft has to partner with a little know company in Lilburn, Georgia to update its pipeline architecture? Seriously? The same goes for Delta Airlines for a payment portal. These are big name industries partnering with a little-known, relatively new company (established 2015), without a verifiable physical location.

The “Get In Touch” link at the top of the home page routes one to the “About” page. According to the “About” page, “Our offices offer high-touch IT services that clients love from highly experienced local team members.” What office would that be – the one located at an address showing a residential home (447 Cabin River Rd, Lilburn, GA) occupied by Trendoid AI or the address that shows a residential building in Norcross, GA (5884 Old Town Pl)? Moreover, all pictures appear to be “stock” images.

One wonders if the Lilburn City Council even checked out the addresses. In fact, a similar situation occurred in Newton County, Georgia with the application for the 135-acre Islamic compound.

In researching “Taqwa”, also “Taqua”, it refers to “piety”, “fear of god”, and “to shield” or “to guard”. No reference could be found to indicate it referred to “Sharia finance”, although, “taqwa” has a place in Sharia law.

In this writer’s opinion, Taqwa Investments, LLC and Sur Consulting, LLC are front organizations that seek to hide the true developers and funders for this project. The Islamic groups may have learned from the Newton County, GA Islamic compound incident when the development was able to be traced back to Masjid-At-Taqwa and its imam, who was an unindicted co-conspirator in a terrorist activity by now hiding any association with mosques and imams.

Branum also mentioned Jordan, born Ruma Romman, who has entered the 2026 gubernatorial race on the Democratic ticket. Romman will be covered in a future article.

Branum is commended for speaking out about the continued expansion of Islam in Georgia. Where was she in 2016 when Newton County residents were fighting a 135-acre Islamic compound? It was all over the news. Andy Offutt Irwin, a storyteller from Covington, GA, and whom this writer knew during high school, and Phil Johnson, attorney for Neely Family Farm that sold the land for the Islamic compound project in Newton County, wrote scathing opinion pieces in the Rockdale/Newton Citizen (which cannot be located through archives at this time) against those opposing the project and in support of Islam and the Islamic compound in Newton County, GA. Both are professed Christians.

Branum is only speaking out now because she is running for congressional office on the Republican ticket. However, Branum is correct. Georgia and other states in the united States are slowly being invaded and taken over by Islam and its practitioners. Branum states, “What is going to be the downfall, if there is a downfall, is the white liberal crazies who virtue signal ….” It’s more than just the group she identified. The downfall, if there is one, is going to be attributed to those in the population who do not know or support, protect and defend the Constitution of the united States of America and side with lawlessness against lawfulness; staunch political party supporters who would vote for a slug if it was wearing their jersey and who fail to look behind the curtain; those who support policy before law; those who fail to fight against this take over and invasion; those who reject God and Jesus Christ; and, those who practice an apostate form of Christianity, inventing God and Jesus Christ in their own image instead of the facts presented in the Bible.

Take heed, Georgians! Islam is in direct opposition to Christianity, the Constitution for the united States of America, and the Constitution of every State in the united States. Islam seeks not to assimilate or live in peace; it seeks to conquer. Facts are facts and reading a few verses of their Quran exposes the intent of Islam to conquer. Their perfect man was a murderer, pedophile, rapist, and thief – all characteristics God condemns if unrepentant, and whose character is in direct conflict with the only perfect man – Jesus Christ, God in the flesh. Islam seeks to subjugate, enslave, establish Sharia law, and eradicate all other religions. It does not tolerate freedom, liberty, God-given unalienable rights or other religions and laws. Tolerate Islam at your own peril!
