Evidence That Hurricane Florence Engineered (Must See Video)

As Hurricane Florence is heading to the East Coast, the residents there are evacuating by the thousands, they were told to get out by Wednesday.
In the video below, Harold Saive presents evidence on the 9th that Hurricane Florance was being engineered from the very beginning.
Fox News is reporting that Hurricane Florence intensified Monday, becoming a Category 4 storm, according to the National Hurricane Center (NHC).
The storm may affect millions this week in the southeastern U.S., including North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia.
Here’s what should you know about the powerful storm’s path.
Where is the hurricane now?
Florence is approximately 405 miles south of Bermuda and 950 miles east-southeast of Cape Fear, North Carolina, as of 8 a.m. ET, according to the NHC.
The center says the storm is moving west-northwest at 15 mph and has maximum sustained winds of about 130 mph.
“On the forecast track, the center of Florence will move over the southwestern Atlantic Ocean between Bermuda and the Bahamas Tuesday and Wednesday, and approach the coast of South Carolina or North Carolina on Thursday,” the center said.
The state’s emergency management agency said it is “preparing for the possibility of a large-scale disaster.”

Charlie here. We mustn’t get too excited now. Charlie is still not convinced on chemtrails and the video only gave “opinions” on those strange shapes which could actually be normal for storms. And I’m not sure anybody can control mother nature.
And even if they were able too, it could backfire. In an attempt to thwart hurricane Florence they actually made it go for a direct hit. I can almost hear the perpetrator look at his mistake and say, oops, ate my doughnut!
Besides, I am convinced if Chemtrails were for real somebody who is active in it would have spoken out by now since it so dangerous to mankind.
People like to talk, ya know.

Research JP4/5 fuel, allegedly not used anymore(from 1997) – the reality is quite different. Most US engines could not burn pure kerosene therefore need particulate oxidants, the engine that can from the 1980′s is the RR Trent. US engine powered aircraft therefore naturally produce persistent contrails containing with the military fuels Barium oxides, Aluminium oxides + antifreeze because they use a kerosene petroleum mix. Jet B is also highly suspect. In reality you do not need a fleet of spraying aircraft with polluting fuels, but in the UK at 50,000 feet we have regular Summer formation 5-6am N-S flights not on flight radar 24, the altitude is used for E-W transatlantic traffic only. Nothing north of us for formation flying aircraft to come from, no real reason for them to go south either, only Spain and Marseille, Charles De Gaulle has that many flights from Scotland in a day.
