The National Weather Service has issued Flash Flood Warnings From Texas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama….

The following Alert has been issued for the following areas in North Central Arkansas.

Conway, AR – Imminent Levee Breach Drone Footage Below.

The National Weather Service in Little Rock has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Stone County in north central Arkansas...
  Western Izard County in north central Arkansas...
  Searcy County in north central Arkansas...
  Southeastern Newton County in north central Arkansas...
  Marion County in north central Arkansas...
  North central Van Buren County in north central Arkansas...
  Baxter County in north central Arkansas...

* Until 845 AM CDT.

* At 540 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain in much of the
  warned area. Surface reports and radar estimations indicate that
  as much as two to four inches of rain have fallen in much of
  northern Arkansas since last night. Additional heavy rainfall is
  expected, which will only worsen the flash flood threat.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

In hilly terrain there are hundreds of low water crossings which are
potentially dangerous in heavy rain. Do not attempt to cross flooded
roads. Find an alternate route.
