Slide Fest Bringing 1,000 ft. Slip-n-Slide to Memphis

August 31, 2015 (MMD Newswire) — A new event centered on a giant slip-n-slide will be hitting Shelby Farms Park in Memphis on the weekend of Sept. 5th. How big?

Try almost 1,000 feet — the length of about three-and-a-half football fields. This is Slide Fest!

Slide Fest — More Than Just 1,000 Feet

Slide Fest is an event that takes place on an inclined street or other iconic locations. Water flows down the slide to allow participants constant sliding fun.

One Big Slide, Many Big Options

Registration for Slide Fest can be done by going to the event page, and selecting the number of slides a participant wants to do. People who register can slide down either once, five times, or even an unlimited amount of times, depending on what ticket option they selected.

Pricing for Slide Fest varies and depends mainly on two factors:

1 How early a registration is made before the event begins — the earlier the registration, the more money is saved. Pricing starts at $10.

2 How many times one wants to go down the slide — More slides equals more value per slide.
