Slide Fest Bringing 1,000 ft. Slip-n-Slide to Memphis
August 31, 2015 (MMD Newswire) — A new event centered on a giant slip-n-slide will be hitting Shelby Farms Park in Memphis on the weekend of Sept. 5th. How big?

Slide Fest is an event that takes place on an inclined street or other iconic locations. Water flows down the slide to allow participants constant sliding fun.

Registration for Slide Fest can be done by going to the event page, and selecting the number of slides a participant wants to do. People who register can slide down either once, five times, or even an unlimited amount of times, depending on what ticket option they selected.
