Martial Law Coming Sooner Than You Think

How do you get a “free people” to accept martial law in their country? It’s so simple, it is frightening. And, it’s so simple, the people don’t see it coming. “Oh, that will never happen here because the people are armed,” I’ve heard. Yet, there has been martial law inflicted on this country in the past, but the people aren’t recognizing it as such.

Granted, the united States was not a country when it first experienced martial law under the tyrant King George III of Great Britain. It was martial law on this soil. Our founders listed it as a reason to declare independence from the tyrannical king across the pond. It’s seen in the Declaration of Independence as “He has erected a multitude of new offices, and sent hither swarms of officers to harass our people, and eat out their substance. He has kept among us, in times of peace, standing armies without the consent of our legislators. He has affected to render the military independent of and superior to the civil power.” Sounds like martial law to me.

What about after the War of Northern Aggression, which some misname “The Civil War”? After the Southern states lost, the “federal government” sent multitudes of US troops into those states they dubbed “rebel” to harass the people, interfere in their government, and establish the military independent of and superior to the civil power in those states. It was under the guise of “reconstruction” of a battered “South”, but the people of the “North” probably accepted it as “just consequences” for the South’s rightful stance on “states’ rights”. That was definitely martial law inflicted on the loser of an unjust war waged by the Lincoln administration to establish the superiority of the federal government over state government.

Does anyone remember the unconstitutional, unlawful internment of Japanese Americans in the united States during World War II under the Franklin D. Roosevelt administration? This occurred after the attack on Pearl Harbor by the Japanese. Similar actions were taken against German Americans and Italian Americans, but the actions against Japanese Americans proportional to the size of its population far surpassed those against German and Italian Americans – most of the German and Italian Americans interned, which were thousands, were not citizens. Despite this, an entire US Army unit consisted of Japanese Americans. The 442^nd Infantry Regiment, which included the 100^th Battalion, was the most decorated unit in US history. The families of many of these soldiers were interned in camps by the US while they fought on the behalf of the US. It was martial law, on this soil, spurred by war and accepted by the people as a measure to “keep the country” safe.

Not surprisingly, the Supreme Court upheld the constitutionality of the removal of Japanese Americans under the Due Process clause of the Fifth Amendment of our Constitution. The court avoided the issue of incarceration of US citizens without due process.

The US past is dotted with martial law on this soil. “But that is the past,” I hear. “It can’t happen now”. Well, many will be shocked to hear it already has, while many will recognize the “soft martial law” inflicted upon the public under the guise of fighting an invisible enemy. It was the planned scam “pretend-demic” (H/T Matt Trewhella) of CONvid-1984. The response was not a public health one, but a military one. And, it was the Department of Defense, read military, directing the response to the planned scam pretend-demic. If you doubt that, read the collective works of Sasha Latypova and Katherine Watt of Bailiwick News. Remember, the military, during time of war, considers certain losses of troops as acceptable and losses of civilians in the process as “collateral damage”.

Who can forget the unconstitutional searches inflicted upon the people after 9/11, under the guise of fighting terrorism, “authorized” by the PATRIOT Act? What about unlawful and unconstitutional detainment of American citizens “authorized” by the NDAA? Have not police agencies and sheriff’s departments been “militarized”? It’s martial law under the guise of fighting an enemy defined by the federal government. The people have accepted it to garner a little bit of security.

Now, the current tyrant occupying the office of the president is sending troops to many American cities and States experiencing Antifa uprisings, pro-Palestine anti-Israel protests, illegal alien immigration invasion, and ineffective individuals occupying the offices of governor, mayor, city councils and county commissioners. It’s all under the guise of “quelling insurrection”, “restoring order”, and “keeping Americans safe”. These troops will be on the street – a visible presence. “He’s just upholding order because those governors and mayors won’t,” is the rationale, along with “He has the authority to do so”.

The Constitution gives Congress the power to “call forth the militia to execute the laws of the union, suppress insurrection, and repel invasion” (Article I, Section 8, the Constitution for the united States of America), not the president. The National Guard and the military branches of the US ARE NOT the militia. Article II, Section 2 of the Constitution authorizes the president to be “commander-in-chief” of the Army and Navy of the united States, and the militia of the States when called into actual service of the united States. But, it is Congress who declares war (Article I, Section 8) that “calls the army and navy”, as well as the militia into service. Until then, the president is NOT commander-in-chief of any military branch or militia and cannot command these entities. Congress remains derelict in their duty to quell out-of-control men occupying the office of president.

The problem is governors and mayors have neglected their duty to enforce the law, instructing police agencies and sheriffs’ offices to “stand down”; these agencies have “obeyed”. City councils and county commissioners are likewise complicit. They openly defy the law. Peaceable assembly of the people is protected under the First Amendment to the Constitution for the united States of America, as is peaceful protest, which is a way of petitioning government for a redress of grievances. Violent protests resulting in property damage, harm to individuals, interruption of the domestic tranquility, and blessings of liberty are NOT protected activities. The pro-Palestine anti-Israel protests that are non-violent are protected as is the non-violent pro-Israel counterprotests. Yet, some States and cities are enforcing the opposite – criminalizing non-violent protests, usually taking sides with the ones who share their ideology, while unlawfully decriminalizing violent protests, which are in reality criminal activity.

The “militarized” police agencies and sheriffs’ offices rally against non-violent protest at the behest of their enslaving tyrants while allowing violent protests and insurrections to run amok. Unconstitutional DHS agents (immigration agents) comb the States and cities for illegal alien invaders to deport them since some States and cities refuse to follow the immigration law. So much money and effort has been spent to “militarize” the police and sheriffs’ agencies for times of violent protests, as the population has been indoctrinated to believe, but these entities are neutered to inaction against violent protestors, illegal alien invaders, and the full “militarized” law enforcement agencies are brought to bear against non-violent protestors and those exercising their God-given rights protected by the Bill of Rights to the Constitution.

If the problem is law-breaking governors, mayors, city councils, county commissioners, police agencies and sheriffs’ offices, why not arrest those law violators instead of sending troops to canvas the streets of America? It can be done under federal law. But, that won’t be done because it does not serve the purpose of unconstitutionally establishing martial law incrementally across the US. Unfortunately, much of the population is supportive of the tyrant’s actions because it means they are “relieved” of doing their responsibility regardless of the price they will pay for this acceptance.

And, the current tyrant is proposing that American troops train for war in American cities. The tyrant supporters believe this will only happen in the opposite party cities in America, but they would be sadly mistaken. Tyrants, generally, hate their own people as well as others, and tolerate those around them who share their ideology. Step one toe out of line and it’s the firing squad, assassination, or imprisonment. History has shown this to be true. The portions of the population who support the tyrant and the unconstitutional party from which he hails suffer as much as the opposition. The question is, “Where is the current tyrant deriving his power to place troops on the streets of America for any reason?” The Constitution does not authorize it and for very good reason that should be obvious to those who know the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence.

The people are gradually being “desensitized” to the presence of “boots on the ground” in our own country. And, some people are supportive of this action when it comes to cities experiencing previously described problems. The people are willing to trade their liberty for perceived safety – a false safety that depends on the gun toting jack boots. At any point in time, those jack boots can turn on “supporters” at the order of the tyrant.

Who is the enemy according to the tyrant and his administration? These 72 types of individuals are already declared “terrorists”. Here is a 50 question quiz to help you determine if you could be a terrorist. In truth, the DOJ list of 72 types of individuals determined to be “terrorists” would encompass the entire population of the united States because the tyrant (government) gets to define “extremist ideology”, “extremist views”, “extremist causes”, “derogatory”, etc., etc., etc., on a whim. Preserve a bunch of food by canning, freezing, dehydrating and freeze drying and you could find yourself designated a “terrorist” for participating in “survivalism”. Remember, they get to determine the definition of “survivalism”. Stockpile ammunition because you can buy in bulk at a lower price and you will be designated a terrorist on two counts – one for stockpiling ammunition and one for participating in paramilitary preparations.

So, to fully answer the question, “how do you get a ‘free people’ to accept martial law in their country?”. You divide the people to the point they cannot agree on supporting liberty; fuel the fire by getting the groups to despise one another (brainwash and indoctrinate); support and promote that which is lawless and criminal; militarize law enforcement to the point people get used to seeing military style individuals in their community; engage in “soft martial law” on occasion under the guise of fighting an enemy (seen or unseen); once the groups despise one another enough skirmishes will surface fueled by despotic wealthy civilians and purchased government officials; raise the level of skirmish frequency and violence to where daily life is difficult; allow it to continue while maligning State and local government officials fueling the violence; and, finally, get the people to “ask” for intervention or support the intervention of military on the streets by remaining silent. Granted, this is very simplistic, but it covers the basics of the steps. For all of this to happen, the tyrant has to define the enemy – it’s been done as previously mentioned. As you guessed, it’s all based on “divide and conquer” with the people being designated as the enemy – not a foreign country, foreign invaders, etc.

The government, the criminal organization occupying Washington, DC, is doing it to you and has been for quite some time. The people can choose to recognize it and rise against it, bury their heads where the sun doesn’t shine and ignore it, or accept it with inaction.  However, it’s coming regardless.  What the people do will determine whether we regain freedom and liberty or whether we sink further into totalitarian tyranny.
