Everything I did was on purpose as an expert, as I did my homework for myself for years before then. I ran many seller net sheets and comparable properties on my two story house to see what I would make selling to know how much money I would have to buy a house This was VERY PLANNED OUT! as a realtor I sat searching for the right house with my buyers criteria search with the sqaure footage, one bedroom or bedroom bath down, lot size, clay tile roof etc. as a realtor I was constantly reading studying and printing papers for properties, comparables, Buyer Net Sheets with payment estimates, Seller Net Sheets to show the equity you net selling, and Cost of Home Ownership per year sheets to see your tax write off, and my work as a realtor was an an introverted thinker always searching, printing papers, reading and studying and figuring the value of properties therefore I bought and sold with my real estate expertise. I updated for 4 years with plans to sell it, and had a new roof put on, tile floors put in, garage doors put in, exterior paint done, and in 2004 I said I doing new paint and carpet and tile and listing the house in the spring market to sell it and buy another house. The work was done in Feb 05 and I had an AA party after it was finished, and then listed the house that following week as PLANNED. My older daughter and I dropped my younger daughter off at School and as we turned the corner we say Open House signs and I said ” I bet that’s a house I wanted to see today” so we parked and went in the Open House, and I said ” I already know I am writing an offer I don’t even have to look around” as I studied the house on the MLS, I already knew the square footage etc. and I had seen the photos of the outside in April 2005 on the MLS and studied the photos then, and already knew I loved the house and that it was what I was looking for and it was the same School district, City County as our two story and I already knew the street because I showed a property on it years earlier to a buyer. I just needed to see the inside to see if I liked it, and did, I loved it, it was perfect so my daughter and I sat in the car and I wrote a full price non contingent offer to get the house we wanted, then I faxed it to my mortgage brokers as soon as we got home to our two story and I got a loan approval letter for myself that hour, and did my seller net sheet to see my payment estimate and my mortgage brokers had the same payment estimate, then when I picked my younger daughter up at School we took her to see the house and she loved it too. Then my Mom saw it during escrow and loved it to live there. My Mortgage brokers came to see it and loved it, and thats the true story. It went great, my payment was about the same as the two story I had paid alone as a single Mom for years. I wrote a $40,000.00 deposit check I got an equity swing loan from my two story I bought it with and it went PERFECT!

LIE 2.) She just ran and bought a house so fast that cost too much without thinking and did not hardly tell anyone or call anybody ANOTHER JOKE! A TOTAL LIE! as I shopped for a house to buy for 4 years on the Conejo Valley MLS that I searched every morning for 3 hours and at other times during the day, and I printed MLS sheets and saw the houses I wanted to see when I was a real estate agent looking for my own house to buy for my family, I wrote 5 offers over the 4 years I was looking and ran many net sheets on my house I was selling and did all my homework to sell and buy and thats a FACT and the house I bought was offer number 6, and I planned to see it that day as I saw it on the MLS that morning and I saw it with my daughter and my other daughter saw it after School, I called and faxed my mortgage brokers my offer i wrote, and they got loan approval and it went very SMOOTH and Perfectly with all my great thinking and planing and studying and paper printing I did just like I did for my buyers I did it for myself.

LIE 3 She just ran to Paris with a man she just met A TOTAL LIE, I was invited to London with a man I dated and fell in love with in 1988 who I met in 1987 who called in 2004 after I finished my screenplay, and I saw him in fall 2005 and we got together in Dec 2005 and he invited me to London where he was selling his screenplay to a famous person, and he invited me to London early Feb 05 and my Mom and Kids were so happy for me when I told them I was invited to London, and went and then to Paris and ireland and celebrated my AA Birthday as it was my AA Birthday Month.

LIE 5.She met a guy at her AA party and thats why she bought a house, ANOTHER TOTAL LIE! I planned to sell and buy for 4 years before I did the carpet paint tile to the two story to sell and buy another house, I had the AA party after the house was ready to sell, the carpet paint tile was finished before the AA party, it was ready to list and sell by my plan I worked at for 4 years before I had an AA party, I bought a house for my family and thats a FACT!
