Some reports from late 2025 indicated a potential “flip” towards a buyer’s market, but recent 2026 data shows prices rising again.
The market is currently experiencing significant tension. While some areas might see a dip in prices, others are seeing increases, leading to a “chaotic”, non-linear market.
