The retail concept of Shine is the culmination of 18 plus years of retail experience and dreams of Missourian Tamara Dajani Netsch. Tamara says, “My dream has been to create a store where people walk in and immediately feel happy. Most recently, Tamara came back to her roots to manage the last two years of long– time St. Louis shop, Melanie’s, while she pursued her dreams of venturing out on her own in St. Louis.
