Earlier that March of 2017 President Trump announced a federal investigation into the elite pedophile scandal involving human trafficking and promised to help put an end to the “horrific, really horrific crimes taking place.”

An integral part of that Satanic organization was the CIA’s Mind Control program.The purpose of CIA mind-control programming was to secure life-long power over an individual and/or to create super spies, terrorists and assassins. Victims of the program were mainly children sold to the CIA by their multi generational Satanic families.

Multiple personalities could only occur in the developing brain of a child subjected to prolonged trauma. The alter personalities could give the perpetrator life long control over the victim.

In 1950 CIA experiments began on humans, many of whom were innocent children. Survivors of the program say it involves international child kidnapping, sex abuse and exploitation networks.

The CIA program eventually known as MKULTRA consisted of 149 sub-projects, plus another 33 closely related programs. There were 80 participating US and Canadian institutions including 44 colleges and universities. All were, and it is suspected, are presently funded by US taxpayers through a black budget.

The hearings came about as a result of a successful lawsuit by Mind Control victim Linda McDonald of the McDonald’s hamburger franchise – the McDonald family deeply involved in the Illuminati.

Like Linda, the three CIA Satanic Ritually Abused women who testified in the first hearing were from multigenerational Satanic Families. After raping and torturing them since birth, their families sold them into the CIA Mind Control Program.

They testified of the tortuous CIA Mind Control they were subjected to throughout their childhoods – which included torture, pedophilia and murder of other children (often their friends or siblings) in regularly held pedophilia and Child Sacrifice ceremonies honoring Satan.

The torture divided their thinking patterns into multiple personalities which their perpetrators could then control throughout their lives.

Their testimonies were never released to the public and video recordings were erased from the Internet. No further investigation was ever started, let alone completed, after the 1970s and 1995 Congressional Hearings. 

All three witnesses later died of mysterious causes, their dramatic information about blackmail and bribery of Congress members having been covered up. Congress has never acted on these heinous crimes of the CIA that were believed still going on today.

October 1995 President’s Advisory Committee on Human Radiation Experiments. The President’s Advisory Committee reported that secret radiation experiments on indigent patients and mentally retarded children were not only done, but that these people were deceived about the nature of their treatments.

Dr. William Silverman asserted that performing no therapeutic experiments on children without authorization from parents was part of a broader “ethos of the time” in which “everyone was a draftee” in a national war on disease.

In 1956-2003 23 US patents on mind-control apparatus were approved.
1980s- 1990s Nebraska “The Franklin Cover-Up, Child Abuse, Satanism, and Murder in Nebraska” by Senator John W. DeCamp. Larry King, convicted of stealing millions from the Franklin Credit Union, conducted operations at Republican fund raising after-parties where young boys and girls were brokered to senators, congressmen and women and persons of influence. Upon his parole he was recruited into the National Republican Party. King’s strategy, like that of the CIA’s MKULTRA – to target political figures to ensure anonymity and continued financial support from legislature by using children from Boys Town & others kidnapped to compromise influential men & women. These political figures would be photographed & video taped engaging in drug taking & various sexual activity with minors.

The sexual abuse of children included prominent figures in the US government’s CIA drug trade. Johnny Gosch was a 12 year-old paperboy in Iowa when he disappeared on September 5 1982. Paul Bonacci told attorney and author John Decamp that he was in a sex ring with Gosch as a teenager and was forced into participating in Gosch’s abduction. He also admitted along with Alisha Owen that they had been used as drug couriers to bring cocaine in from the West Coast for Alan Baer, Larry King and others during the 1980s. It was first reported by the World Herald Reporter James Flanery that King was “running guns and money into Nicaragua, and that the CIA was heavily involved.”

The story told by Monarch victims – one of whom is Paul Bonacci – is that they were tortured for the purpose of creating “multiple personalities” within them. These multiple personalities could then be programmed as spies, drug mules, prostitutes, or assassins.

August 23, 2013: National Institute of Health Experiments on Premature Babies in 20 universities – 237 Died. They are seeking 1,824 babies for restriction of needed blood. The risk of death was concealed from parents.

On Aug 23 2013 the Alliance for Human Research Protection (AHRP: www.ahrp.org) reported 20 universities funded by the National Institute of Health (NIH) in a trial of restricted blood and oxygen for premature babies. Past trials caused neurological impairment and 237 babies who died. The foreseeable increased risk of death was concealed from parents in order to obtain their uninformed permission.

“Secret Weapons – Two Sisters’ Terrifying True Story of Sex, Spies and Sabotage” by Cheryl and Lynn Hersha with Dale Griffis, Ph D. and Ted Schwartz. (New Horizon Press, NJ: 2001) This is a well-documented account of two children’s’ long untold stories of being child subjects of Project MKULTRA. Two Ohio-based investigators Schwarz (The Hillside Strangler) and former police captain and “ritual abuse expert” Griffis wrote the book from memories of the sisters, studying declassified CIA files and interviewing military personnel.

Prior to turning seven the girls were subjected to traumatizing experiments in a government-authorized mind-control program designed to make them respond to code words so to be used as spies and assassins. Cheryl was a caged “lab rat,” released to navigate electrified mazes. At 15, Lynn witnessed a murder.

SUMMARY

On August 29, 2013 the Washington Post revealed that the CIA collected 56% of the US Intelligence Program’s Black Budget, or the public had no access to where $14.7 billion was spent each year. Is some of this money going toward the torture of children in CIA mind-control experiments?

Carol Rutz states in her book “A Nation Betrayed” that “Most of the children used in these experiments were sold by one of their caretakers in the name of “National Security” and subjected to untold horrors at the hands of their government.”

As Rutz was sold into the program by her grandfather, Cathy O’Brien, author of “Trance Formation of America,” also claims to be one such child victim sold to the CIA program.

The CIA was supposed to have shut down their mind-control program in 1964, the year Rutz’s abuse ended. Other survivors quoted in this document claim CIA mind-control abuses more recent:

Survivors in 1995 Congressional hearings on CIA radiation experiments said a Dr. Green tortured them as children ages 4-14 and 7-24. Three survivor witnesses in the hearing testified: (1) Green was an employee of the Army Chemical Center. (2) Green had documents in his office to and from the CIA and military personnel. (3) Green received 50 million dollars from the CIA Science Division, CIA Office of Research Development.

In 1965 six year-old Jenny Hill was subjected to this tortuous brainwashing by a man later identified as Dr. Green. 1995 Congressional Witness Victim B Christine Nicola was abused in the CIA program by Dr. Green 1966 through 1976. Congressional Witness Victim C was tortured in mind-control experiments directed by Green 1957 through 1984. Nebraska Boy’s Town victims were used for CIA drug and sex trafficking with prominent political figures in the 1980s and 1990s. Cathy O’Brien, a CIA mind-control victim since childhood was also abused by prominent political figures before her rescue by a former CIA agent Mark Phillips in 1988.

Most concerning is the ongoing abuse of children in CIA mind-control experiments. In the 2007 Extreme Abuse Surveys there were 147 extreme abuse survivors who answered “yes” when asked if they were currently being accessed/abused against their will by ritual abuse-mind-control perpetrators. Rutz also states, “In light of so many abuses of power coming before the public in recent years, many adult survivors of these childhood experiments are stepping forward to be heard.”

Mind-control survivors who were tortured throughout childhood in US government-funded human experimentation are asking that, considering the evidence available:

Why since 1950 have US tax dollars been used to fund tortuous mind-control experiments on children?

Why after the 1977 and 1995 Congressional Hearings on human experiments where survivors testified as to their child torture by government employees, have taxppayers continued to fund US government agencies that abuse children?

Why today are taxpayers funding through the National Institute of Health, 20 universities in a trial of restricted blood and oxygen for premature babies when 237 babies have already died in the experiment?

Why is the public being purposely mislead to think that the US and Canadian governments are not continuing to perform human experimentation on children?

X. Update Kaitlynn Hunter, Jeannine Larrick

Jeannine Larrick has been released from the Guernsey County Jail, though still faces charges of Obstruction of Justice for harboring her abused daughter Kaitlynn. After seven years of suffering beatings, starvation for a year, refused medical treatment and other atrocities while in the Ohio Foster Child System, Kaitlynn and ran away to the protection of her mother.

Although the original charges were dropped against Jeannine, the Municipal Court has kept the case open, refused to take Larrick’s filings and had another court hearing on her case on Fri. 4 Sept. 2026. There they offered Jeannine to drop the case if she would admit to Obstruction of Justice – which she, of course, she refused. The jury trial has been set for Sat. 21 Nov. 2026. Let us pray that Constitutional Law is in effect by then.

The intention of Ohio authorities appeared to be to prevent Jeannine and Kaitlynn from testifying against Ohio Child Protective Service authorities, Guernsey county sheriffs, court authorities and Journey Home NYAP foster care – all believed involved in Human Trafficking.

Journey Home NYAP Foster Care and the Ohio government syndicate all the way up to the Ohio Attorney Generals office, was believed connected to a CIA Child Sex Trafficking Ring which prepared Ohio Foster Care teens for entrance into Sex Trafficking.

You may have heard about the massive wildfire that has burned over 90,000 acres, and has cause the evacuation of the city just south of our Florence (Colorado) Prison Camp, Medium, High and Super-Max Prisons. Within the last hour we could see that the flames have worked their way over the top of the mountains and are within view. We also learned earlier this morning that 300 homes and 4 business have burned down. We’re told that the prison does NOT intend to move us, but rather to shelter in place. This doesn’t sound ideal to me as the smoke is really bothering this old man’s asthmatic lungs, I’ve been struggling with coughing fits. Would you pray for the safety of the over 2,000 inmates at the four prisons?

The fires have also caused the warden to cancel all visits until further notice. Unfortunately, my sweet 90 year-old mother and my brother had planned for weeks, purchased tickets, and arranged for a car rental to visit this weekend, but of course, better safe than sorry. Hopefully, they’ll be able to come for a visit soon.

Scam Alert:

Someone is fraudulently using my name of Judy Byington on Signal to sell Med Bed healing appointments. This is illegal and a fraud. Please note that I don’t even use Signal, am not signed up there and certainly wouldn’t promote such a scam.

I’m told they went into great detail describing what the MED BEDS do, adding how the elites have used them for decades and how they may not be available to the public for 1-7 years, along with a link on how to book an appointment.

It is my understanding that Med Beds and appointments to use them will be available to the general public worldwide at least by Nov. 20 2026, or within a few months after that in some areas and that treatments will be free.

Speaking of Telegram, there appears to be a huge scam going on Telegram where under the name of some notable Q Movement person they promise to set you up on a QFS Wallet if you send them around $2,000 or more. This appears to be a scam as setting up your QFS Wallet is supposed to be free to the best of my knowledge.

Watch out for: Anyone advertising they will reimburse you for the TRB Trump Products, or set you up on a Quantum Account asking for money to do it. (They use fake accounts and AI to make you think you are dealing with Trump, Tucker Carlson, etc.)

Also watch out for the HSBC Quantum Token/Bitcoin Scam, the TRB Trump Products Scam, the Dave XRPLion Impersonator Scam, the Ezra A. Cohen-Watnick Impersonator Fake QFS Accounts Scam and any other website that asks that you give them your personal identification to register for a QFS Account and/or receive a pay out on TRB products.

DO NOT exchange currency or Zim Bonds anywhere but at a licensed Redemption Center where you will get the highest rates possible.

The HSBC Quantum Scam: They claim they’ve successfully applied “quantum technology” to buy and sell tokenized physical gold. The trick is when you buy the tokens or Bitcoin they keep the gold and have complete control over your bank account.
