Coastal Diagnostics Group Of South Daytona, Florida To Be Acquired By Alliance Family Of Companies

IRVING, TX (MMD Newswire) October 21, 2015 — Alliance Family of Companies has entered into an agreement to acquire Coastal Diagnostics Group of South Daytona, Florida. The acquisition is part of Alliance’s strategic plan to operate in all 50 states, and terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
