''Chip's Winter Ride'' to be featured on MPT's MotorWeek, Televisions Original Automotive Magazine Show

February 17, 2015 (MMD Newswire) – John H. Davis: Creator, Host and Executive Producer of MotorWeek, introduces this mini-doc of a unique gang of Rokon enthusiasts as they gather at host, Chip Austin’s farm in Sanford, Maine. The segment is part of the half-hour program that premieres on MotorWeek the week of March 28th and encores on The Velocity Channel the week of April 7th.

Yes! Rokon – America’s other Motorcycle! The world is familiar with The Harley-Davidson Brand, yet for the last 50 years there has been another motorcycle lurking in the underbrush and going places no Harley would ever dare to go! A lesser known two-wheel drive, mountain climbing, mud-busting motorcycle produced by dedicated craftspeople here in the USA. This is the latest installment in our ongoing series of video’s highlighting the gatherings of the Rokon enthusiasts that ride them, break them, fix them and ride them again.

The characters are a celebration of main-street diversity, mechanical expertise and hayseed genius, brought together by their passion for the Trail-Breaker, a 2×2 motor tractor that has a top speed of 25 mph (heading downhill with a tailwind). Riders came from all across the country for the camaraderie, friendship and the fun of thrashing these 2×2′s in the snow, rocks and water. Boni Productions is the first to bring cameras into this close knit brotherhood, to share their antics and passion with a mass audience.
