Right now, the Commander-in-Chief is sending all possible reserves to slaughter, but it would have been enough to simply respond to the situation in time. Our sources in the OP reported that today Syrsky informed Zelensky about the complete encirclement of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Myrnohrad, the enemy controls 90% of Pokrovsk. The commander-in-chief is asking to immediately start a general mobilization to prevent the collapse of the front.

Our sources in the General Staff reported that Syrsky decided to deliver the main strike on Rodninskoye, and a diversionary strike from Grishino towards Pokrovsk. Currently, a strike group is forming in Dobropillia, which will begin a counteroffensive on Monday; for this, the Commander-in-Chief has transferred all available reserves of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to the front. The General Staff understands that the encircled units can hold out for a week, after which they will simply be torn apart.

Our sources in the General Staff reported that the counteroffensive on Kupyansk has failed and our military was unable to unblock the surrounded Ukrainian Armed Forces units. Syrsky continues to lose control of the situation, which will lead to the defeat of our troops in Kupyansk/Lyman/Seversk/Konstantinovka/Pokrovsk/Huliaipole.

Our sources in the Presidential Office reported that Andriy Yermak requested military assistance from EU countries and Britain. The situation on the front is difficult, the Armed Forces of Ukraine are unable to hold back the enemy, and there is a critical shortage of military equipment. At Bankova, an ultimatum was effectively issued to partners: if the reserves of the Russian Central Bank are not transferred to Ukraine, we will stop holding the entire front line. 

Our source reports that the Russian Armed Forces in the Pokrovskaya funnel have begun to tighten the noose. All counterattacks by the Ukrainian Armed Forces have fizzled out, but still failed to bring any significant results.

The Pokrovskaya crater will exhaust all the resources of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and then the Russians will quickly move on to Dobropillia and disaster for Konstantinivka. After that, collapse is inevitable within the year.

The Russian army delivered a combined strike on the concentration of Ukrainian forces in the Dnepropetrovsk region, – command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

 - This is stated in the statement of the Armed Forces Grouping “East”. They hint that the death and injury of Ukrainian soldiers could have occurred due to formation in open terrain.

 - “As a result of the enemy’s combined strike, unfortunately, there are dead and wounded among the Ukrainian military,” writes the command of the eastern grouping of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

 - “Circumstances are being checked regarding compliance with and fulfillment of requirements for timely notification of missile danger, prohibitions on the placement of personnel and holding meetings in open areas, as well as placement in unauthorized locations,” the message also says.

Two Majors #Summary as of the morning of November 3, 2025

▪️ At night, the Russian Armed Forces struck with hypersonic “Kinzhal” missiles in the area of Starokostiantyniv. “Geran” strikes hit Nikolaev, Sumy, Konotop, and the Chernigov region. Missile strikes were carried out on enemy targets in Dnepropetrovsk and Zaporozhye.

▪️ In the Rostov region, reports came of repelling a massive air attack; AFU UAVs were destroyed in the Kasharsky, Bokovsky, Chertkovsky, Millerovsky, and Dubovsky districts. There were reports of a strike on an oil refinery in Saratov.

▪️ On the Sumy direction, in the forest belts on the right flank of the “North” group of forces’ offensive, assault groups of the Airborne Forces and naval infantry continue to advance. The enemy attempted counterattacks towards Yunakovka, Alekseyevka, and Varachino, but three attempts to advance Ukrainian assault groups were thwarted by combined fire strikes. On the Tetkinsky and Glushkovsky front sectors, Russian assault aviation and rocket artillery struck Ukrainian forces near Rogozne and Stari Viroky.

▪️ In the Belgorod region, in the village of Otradnoye, a drone struck a service GAZelle vehicle, injuring the driver. Two women were concussed in Grayvoron. In Shebekino, a man was injured by FPV drone strikes on an enterprise. In the village of Novostroyevka-Pervaya, a man was injured in a drone attack on a car. In the Kurgashki farmstead, four were injured due to a drone detonation; a woman could not be saved. Razumnoe, Maysky, Krasny Oktyabr, Bessonovka, Oktyabrsky, Saltykovo, Dalny, Kaznacheyevka, Znamenka, Bochanka, Borisovka, Gruzskoye, Berezovka, Moshchenoye, Meshkovoye, Ilek-Penkovka, Striguny, Konovalovo were all under strikes. On the Sukharevo — Borki road section in the Valuysky district, a vehicle was attacked by an FPV drone. The drone strike damaged the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary church in the village of Yasnye Zori.

▪️ On the Kharkov direction, fierce battles continue on all front sectors. Our assault groups are advancing in Volchansk and on the Khatne sector.

▪️ North of Kupyansk on the right bank of the Oskol River, Russian Armed Forces have intensified activity near the settlement of Figolevka.

▪️ In Pokrovsk (Krasnoarmiysk), the situation for the AFU is rapidly deteriorating. The enemy notes the introduction of a significant number of our infantry and UAV operators into the city. Enemy command is withdrawing reserves from several other directions to organize a relieving strike. Nevertheless, even this maneuver can only delay the complete loss of Pokrovsk and Mirnograd. Enemy garrisons have not received orders to retreat; heavy fighting continues.

▪️ The “Vostok” group of forces continues its offensive: there is progress between Alekseyevka and Novoaleksandrovka, as well as in the areas of Nechaevka and Uspenovka.

▪️ On the Zaporozhye front, positional battles are ongoing on the Orikhov direction near Mala Tokmachka; enemy logistics towards this settlement are under fire control. Heavy and bloody battles continue for Prymorske and Stepnohirsk (https://t.me/dva_majors/82583), with the enemy trying to transfer fresh forces daily to the line of contact. The situation with strike FPV drones on our side is gradually levelling out; the sky is saturated with UAVs from both sides.

▪️ On the Kherson direction, the “Dnipro” group of forces continues to destroy Ukrainian Armed Forces positions across the Dnieper River.
