Judy Note: On Wed. 27 Oct. 2025 Satanic Halloween Celebrations began in a US four day holiday filled with the rape, torture and murder of children. Actually, the dark child torture and human sacrifice rites were a year-long affair – happening monthly – according to an Occult Calendar put together in the late 1980s by a group of therapists treating Satanic Ritual Abuse Survivors.

After studying the subject of the Satanic Ritual Abuse of children for over 35 years, it’s still hard to describe just how pervasive the worship of Satan through pedophilia and Child Sacrifice is throughout the world. People tend to want to tune out the torture of innocent children so pervasive in our society – and so do I.

Though, Trump and his Global Alliance Pedophile Task Force didn’t ignore the problem. They were just brushing the surface of pervasive Satanic crimes by arresting leaders in the Globalist Cabal who worshiped Satan. Even now local Satanic Covens were yet to be addressed. Kevin Annett also understood. By 2011 Annett and his ITCCS organization had been instrumental in putting together the International Common Law Court of Justice in Brussels. Such was for the purpose of addressing over 600,000 native Canadian children who had gone missing from 80 mainly Catholic-Canadian Government run residential schools across Canada.

In November 2011 six international judges of the ICLCJ Court in Brussels began examining evidence of child rape, torture, murder and kidnapping by 40 global elites charged, which including Queen Elizabeth and Pope Ratzinger.

By Feb. 2013 all 40 were found guilty, arrest warrants were issued and a few days later, Pope Ratzinger resigned from his office.

A year later more eyewitness to the ritualized abuse and sacrifice of children by Global Elites came forward. In March 2014 the second phase of the ICLCJ Court began. Global elite members of the Vatican’s Ninth Circle Satanic Child Sacrifice Cult network were charged with Crimes Against Humanity.

Eyewitnesses claimed Child Sacrifices took place in the catacombs of Catholic Cathedrals in every land, the Vatican, on private estates and groves and government military bases in Canada, Belgium, Holland, Spain, Australia, Ireland, France, England and the US.

In that year of 2014 over 40 child mass grave sites were identified in Ireland, Spain and Canada – and refused excavation by the Canadian Government, Crown of England and Catholic Church.

According to eyewitness testimony before the International Common Law Court of Justice in Brussels,Vatican and European Royal family members had ignored the international court ruling and already scheduled child sacrifices for 15 August 2014 and on the new moon in September 2014 at the Carnarvon Castle in Wales, Balmoral Castle in Scotland and Marie Reine du Monde Cathedral in Montreal. 

A July 2014 ICLCJ Court press release stated top Catholic and Anglican Church officers including Pope Francis were named by eyewitnesses as participants in this ritualized murder of children. “We have a list of nineteen top Catholic and Anglican church officers who may have participated in these ritual murders of children during the past year.”

In early July 2014 the six ICLCJ judges dispatched security personnel to Rome, London and Canada to deliver arrest warrants. “Orders are to stop them (members of the global elite Ninth Circle Satanic Child Sacrifice Cult) by any means necessary. We are relying on local common law activists and the public to assist us in stopping these killers before they can harm any more children.”

In a video (which has since been erased from the internet) native residential school survivors testified during the first phase of the ICLCJ Court about the genocide of Canadian tribes. They claimed the Catholic Church, Canadian Government and Queen Elizabeth were, and still are, trying to eliminate the Indian tribes in order to gain control of oil rich native lands.

Witnesses claimed that as children in Canadian Native Residential Schools they were starved, beaten and watched other children murdered by the Canadian Army. They said that even today native women were being involuntarily sterilized. “A lot of kids in the residential schools were tortured.”

Canadian Government officials, Queen Elizabeth and Pope Francis were not the only global elites facing charges by the international court. A retired Holland public official named participants in child killings as nine top European judges, politicians, US businessmen and European Royal Family members. Three additional eyewitnesses confirmed child murders done during 1996 and 2000 in Oudergem, Belgium and Zwolle, Holland. “In woods near Oudergem, they hunted naked children.
