On Wed. 1 Oct. 2025 by an overwhelming vote the Dems defunded their privately owned US Inc. and Trump stood by and let them do it – with a big smile on his face. As of Wed. 1 Oct. 2025 the privately owned by foreign bankers US Inc. had been defunded and thus dissolved, while the Sovereign Republic of the United States of America became official under Common Law, no longer subjected to Admiralty Law with loyalty to the UK Royals.

Yet, no one knew it.

The media, now controlled by the Military, was being held silent on purpose. They were feeding the general public a narrative that the US Inc. government shutdown at midnight Tues. 30 Sept. 2025 was a result of Congress not passing a government funding bill for the US Inc. fiscal year that began on Wed. 1 October.

All of which was actually a smokescreen for a silent purge of the Deep State Cabal and a beginning of the end for their grip on power over US Taxpayer monies they had held since 1918.

Secret arrests of Deep State Cabal politicians and their Military Tribunals were underway in Washington DC. High profile indictments were signed, arrests being made and Secret Tribunals were underway.  Around 600 Military judges had been flown in, accompanied by a multitude of JAG officers preparing for Military Courts. A federalized National Guard surrounded Capitol Hill and certain federal buildings.

As was secure fencing – made not so much to hold people out, but to secure Global Elites were held in – whom were being arrested to await trial for Treason and other crimes.

In the dead of night the Military was removing crates of sealed documents, hard drives and gold-lined ledgers from federal buildings. Federal buildings were closed, servers disconnected, contractors sent home, entire floors of agencies were being emptied. Financial crimes, human trafficking, election fraud – all documented.

IRS offices were closed without warning. Thousands of agents have been placed under investigation – some under Military jurisdiction. IRS servers and archives had already been taken offline. Audit trails were being rebuilt under Military supervision to expose decades of fraud and slavery tax schemes.

It was a brilliant chess move by Trump. Democrats thought they could maintain control of US Taxpayer monies by holding out to get their $1.5T radical wish list demands. Knowing that wouldn’t happen in the Republican majority, the non passing of a budget bill would make Trump responsible for a government shutdown and he be blamed for loss of federal worker income.

Their wish list didn’t happen, nor did their blame of Trump for a government shutdown. Taxpayers aren’t dumb. As Ezra Cohen said, “One could argue that the Dems refusing to keep the government open because they want healthcare for illegals, is itself a treasonous act. They are holding our nation hostage, because they want to take our tax dollars and buy illegal votes with it. The entire thing is treason.”

Actually, Trump wanted the shutdown to happen. Such has resulted in the Democrat Deep State Cabal politicians voting against funding their own privately owned US Inc. and thus, shutting down their own money laundering schemes, all by themselves. Checkmate!

Vice President Vance explained, “You already see the Democrats cracking a little bit because they realize it’s such a preposterous position to say, ‘We’re going to shut down TSA, we’re not going to pay our troops, because you guys won’t give us benefits for illegal aliens.’ It’s CRAZY!”

Trump had already taken control of the money situation by spearheading the greatest transfer of wealth in the history of the World. Weeks ago he had given the green light for the gold/asset-backed Global Currency Reset – which took away the Cabal’s control of the global monetary system and gave Taxpayer monies back to The People.

So, what was publically called a shutdown was in reality, a switch from the fiat dollar to the new gold/asset-backed Quantum Financial System. US Treasury and Federal Reserve Accounts were being frozen and transferred to the QFS. Hidden funds, black budgets and foreign slush accounts have been seized.

Though, the biggest prize for Trump winning this Three Dimension Game of Chess: the government shutdown vote resulted in America no longer being ruled by British Admiralty Law, but was now under Common Law Sovereignty Codex Law, Article II, UCMJ.

Such was made possible and official by President Donald Trump signing a “Declaration of Authority and Summons.” The Declaration made America’s break away from British Admiralty Law official. America was automatically returned to Common Law and subject to concepts of the original Constitution.

  • Guantanamo Bay is no longer just a symbol of post-9/11 detention. For years it has been whispered about as the final stop for high-level actors accused of treason, trafficking, or covert crimes against humanity. The names that circulate online — Clinton, Obama, Biden, Bush, Brennan, Holder — make headlines because they strike at the heart of power. But what do we actually know?

The facts:

  • Gitmo is a U.S. Navy base with a long-standing detention facility.

  • The legal mechanism often cited is that under a declared national emergency and certain executive orders, individuals could have assets frozen and be held by military authorities outside the continental U.S. This is legally possible but would require signed warrants, orders, and a chain of custody that has not been made public.
  • So far there is no official list of presidents or VIPs detained at Gitmo. What we have is a mixture of real executive actions (asset freezes, expanded Gitmo budget, National Guard deployments) and an unverified story about mass arrests. This is why the narrative persists: part fact, part speculation, part hope for accountability.

On Wed. 29 Jan. 2025 an Open Letter was published addressed to President Donald Trump and the US Congress asking them to recognize the Sovereign Nation of the Kingdom of Hawaii.

There was 170,000 metric tons of Gold sitting in the Bank of Hawaii that cannot be used by any government entity until the Kingdom Nation is returned properly to The People.

Q. “Ken and Barbie vs. Goliath IRS”: Ken Cromar presently sits in prison having been found guilty of living in his own fully owned home and after proving in a Federal Tax Court that he owed no monies to the IRS. Despite the ruling in Cromar’s favor, the IRS sold his home at auction and threw away all his possessions including expensive camera equipment he used to make a living. He was arrested two years ago and has been sitting in prison since.
