Kaitlynn Hunter is a 17 year-old who, with no apparent reason to be in Ohio Foster Care that I could see, has endured close to seven years of virtual prison in what appears to be a CIA Mind Control Program designed to prepare abandoned children and teens for placement in a Sex Trafficking Ring.

Since Kaitlynn was placed in foster care at age eleven, she has been raped, beaten, starved for a year where she lost 60 pounds, denied medical care for several concussions from beatings, suffered rotting teeth that were in pain with no dental care, neglected, abused, denied schooling and denied contact with her loving mother and dying grandmother.

It was alleged that there was a CIA program for foster kids in Ohio that was run by NYAP (National Youth Alliance Program).  Many Ohio Foster Care teens have disappeared from the program which appeared to be designed through rape and beatings, to mind control foster youth into participating in an international Sex Trafficking Ring.

Kaitlynn has tried to commit suicide and run away from her abuse several times, but has been caught. She presently resides in Ohio Juvenile Detention – where she is denied contact with her mother.

Kaitlynn and Jeannine believe Ohio Child Protective Services was trying to control them so they won’t be able to testify of the CPS abuse on themselves and what they have observed on other Ohio foster children during the last almost seven years.

Jeannine says, “Kaitlynn remains in great danger. They could invent charges against her and may try to charge her as an adult – all because she ran away from abuse toward the love, safety and protection of our home. She faces more birthdays in jail and mental wards of her already stolen childhood.”

Her mother Jeannine faces court the first week in November and possibly at least a year in jail, charged with Obstruction of Justice and Interference of Custody for harboring Kaitlynn after she ran away from Ohio CPS.

Two years ago I wrote a series of articles about the CIA Mind Control of Children program that it is believed Kaitlynn was enduring even as of today.

“I was used as a sex slave for top politicians,” claimed Carol Rutz in her book “A Nation Betrayed.” Rutz said she was abused in CIA Mind Control Experiments from the tender age of four and throughout her teen years until age sixteen (1952-1964).

“The CIA bought my services at the tender age of four from my grandfather in 1952. Over the next 12 years, I was tested, trained, and used in various ways. Electroshock, drugs, hypnosis, sensory deprivation, and other types of trauma were used to make me compliant and split my personality.

“Each alter or personality was created to respond to a post-hypnotic trigger, then perform an act and not remember it later. This “Manchurian Candidate” program was just one of the operational uses of the Mind Control scenario by the CIA. Your hard earned tax dollars supported this.

“The CIA conducted Mind Control Experiments on children using electroshock, drugs, hypnosis, sensory deprivation and other types of trauma. Thousands of innocent children who have now grown into adults are silently suffering from the effects of these experiments,” Rutz went on to say. “Like me, most of the children used in these experiments were sold by a caretaker in the name of “National Security” and subjected to untold horrors at the hands of the US government.”

By Congressional mandate the CIA supposedly shut down their Mind Control Program in 1964, the year Rutz’s abuse ended. Though, many other survivors of the torture program claimed CIA mind-control abuses AFTER the program supposedly ended.

In 1965, a year after the CIA program was thought to be shut down, six year-old Jenny Hill was subjected to this tortuous brainwashing by a man identified as Dr. Green – head of the CIA Mind Control Program. Hill’s biography detailed Green’s use of Satanic Covens and Satanic Ritual Abuse including torture, rape and killing of child victims, as the basis for his CIA Mind Control. The dramatic abuse splits the young developing mind into multiple personalities in order for the brain to deal with the abuse – alters that can later be accessed by perpetrators to do their bidding.

Three Mind Control Survivors testifying at 1995 Congressional Hearings on the CIA Mind Control Program gave proof that Green was head of the CIA Mind Control Program. (1) Green was an employee of the Army Chemical Center. (2) Green had documents in his office to and from the CIA and military personnel. (3) Green received 50 million dollars from the CIA Science Division, CIA Office of Research Development to run the CIA Mind Control Program.

In the 1995 Congressional Hearings witness/victim B Christine Nicola claimed she was also abused in the CIA program by Dr. Green. Her torture went from 1966 through 1976. Another Congressional Witness, Victim C, said she was tortured in mind-control experiments directed by Green 1957 through 1984.

Proof that Dr. Green’s CIA experiments on children continued through at least 1990 has been found in Nebraska Boy’s Town victims. They claimed they were used for CIA drug and sex trafficking with prominent political figures in the 1980s and 1990s.

Just as Rutz was sold into the program by her grandfather, Cathy O’Brien, author of “Trance Formation of America” also claimed to be one such child victim sold to the CIA program. And, like Rutz, O’Brien also said she was abused by prominent political figures, as did the Nebraska Boys Town victims, Christine Nicola and Congressional Witness C. (In 1988 O’Brien was finally rescued from the CIA by a former CIA agent Mark Phillips).

In 1995 Congressional hearings on CIA Radiation Experiments, Survivors of the CIA program like Jenny Hill said a Dr. Green tortured them as children. One victim from age 4 to14 and the second victim from age 7 to 24.

Most concerning was the ongoing abuse of children in CIA mind-control experiments believed to be happening even today.

On August 29, 2013 the Washington Post revealed that the CIA collected 56% of the US Intelligence Program’s Black Budget, or the public had no access to where $14.7 billion was spent each year. Is some of this money going toward the torture of children in CIA Mind Control Experiments?

Way back in the 2007 Extreme Abuse Surveys there were 147 extreme abuse survivors who answered “yes” when asked if they were currently being accessed and abused against their will by Satanic Ritual Abuse-mind-control perpetrators. “Secret Weapons – Two Sisters’ Terrifying True Story of Sex, Spies and Sabotage” is a well-documented account of two children’s’ long untold stories of being child subjects of the CIA’s Mind Control Project MKULTRA. Two Ohio-based investigators Schwarz (The Hillside Strangler) and former police captain and “ritual abuse expert” Griffis wrote the book from memories of sisters Cheryl and Lynn Hersha, studying declassified CIA files and interviewing military personnel.

Prior to turning seven the girls were subjected to traumatizing experiments in a government-authorized mind-control program designed to make them respond to code words so to be used as spies and assassins. Cheryl was a caged “lab rat,” released to navigate electrified mazes. At 15, Lynn witnessed a murder.

“By the time Cheryl Hersha came to the facility, knowledge of multiple personality was so complete that doctors understood how the mind separated into distinct ego states, each unaware of the other. First, the person traumatized had to be both extremely intelligent and under the age of seven, two conditions not yet understood though remaining consistent as factors. The trauma was almost always of a sexual nature…”

(p. 52) “The government researchers, aware of the information in the professional journals, decided to reverse the process (of healing from hysteric dissociation). They decided to use selective trauma on healthy children to create personalities capable of committing acts desired for national security and defense.”

 (p. 53 – 54) The book also contains a variety of documents on MKULTRA and different projects as well as reports to the Presidential Committee on Radiation and Mind Control, including information on the five Canadians’ lawsuit against the U.S. Government.

Tortuous Experiments on Children By National Institute of Health:

August 23, 2013: National Institute of Health Experiments on Premature Babies in 20 universities – 237 Died. They are seeking 1,824 babies for restriction of needed blood. The risk of death was concealed from parents.

On Aug 23 2013 the Alliance for Human Research Protection (AHRP: www.ahrp.org) reported 20 universities funded by the National Institute of Health (NIH) in a trial of restricted blood and oxygen for premature babies. Past trials caused neurological impairment and 237 babies who died. The foreseeable increased risk of death was concealed from parents in order to obtain their uninformed permission. They are now seeking 1,824 premature babies for restriction of needed blood. www.ahrp.org

Rutz also stated, “In light of so many abuses of power coming before the public in recent years, many adult survivors of these childhood experiments are stepping forward to be heard.”

Mind Control Survivors who were tortured throughout childhood in US government-funded human experimentation were asking that, considering the evidence available:

Why since 1950 have US tax dollars been used to fund tortuous mind-control experiments on children?

Why after the 1977 and 1995 Congressional Hearings on human experiments where survivors testified as to their child torture by government employees, have taxpayers continued to fund US government agencies that abuse children?

Judy Note: It is my personal opinion, and I could easily be wrong, that when we hear the EBS go off with the sound of Seven Trumpets, we can soon expect to receive several messages on our cell phones generated from the new Starlink Satellite System. One of those messages should contain information about how to gain a redemption center appointment. On Wed. 29 Jan. 2025 an Open Letter was published addressed to President Donald Trump and the US Congress asking them to recognize the Sovereign Nation of the Kingdom of Hawaii.

There was 170,000 metric tons of Gold sitting in the Bank of Hawaii that cannot be used by any government entity until the Kingdom Nation is returned properly to The People.

The request was accompanied by a plea to help the over 3,000 victims of the 2023 Kula and Lahaina Maui Hawaii Fires who remain homeless, many living on beaches since 2023.

• The resulting fires were the most devastating mass casualty events in the Hawaii State history: 2,700+ Structures destroyed; 97 confirmed dead; 1,000+ still missing/ unconfirmed deceased; 4,000+ people originally dislocated, 3,100 still displaced over a year later.
• Every day since the Kingdom of AKUA Foundation Native Hawaiian Volunteers have been supplying three meals a day and support to their now 3,100 still-displaced fellow victims. The Deep State Cabal Red Cross has cut funding for those victims.

X. “Ken and Barbie vs. Goliath IRS”: Ken Cromar presently sits in prison having been found guilty of living in his own fully owned home and after proving in a Federal Tax Court that he owed no monies to the IRS. Despite the ruling in Cromar’s favor, the IRS sold his home at auction and threw away all his possessions including expensive camera equipment he used to make a living. He was arrested two years ago and has been sitting in prison since.
