Russian Pipeline Attack Enters Kupyansk Northern Outskirts

Panic Sweeps Ukraine – Russians Repeat “Pipe” Operation and Storm Into Central Kupyansk!

Trump Slams Russia w/Ultimatum, & NATO!

Donald Trump stated that he is ready to impose tough sanctions on Russia if all NATO countries support this decision and completely stop purchasing Russian oil.

Edit. Addition

He also called on NATO countries to impose tariffs of 50-100% against China, claiming that this will play a major role in ending the Ukrainian conflict.

Full statement from Trump:

“I am ready to impose serious sanctions on Russia when all NATO countries agree and start doing the same, and also when all NATO countries stop buying Russian oil. As you know, NATO’s commitment to VICTORY was significantly less than 100%, and the purchase of Russian oil by some countries is shocking! This greatly weakens your negotiating positions and bargaining power with Russia.

In any case, I am ready to act when you are ready. Just say ‘when.’ I believe that this, along with NATO as a group imposing tariffs of 50–100% on China (which will be completely lifted after the end of Russia’s war with Ukraine), will also greatly help in ENDING this deadly but INSANE war.

China has strong influence, almost control over Russia, and these powerful tariffs will break that control.

This is not TRUMP’S WAR (it would never have started if I were president!), this is BIDEN and Zelensky’s WAR. I am here only to help stop it and save thousands of Russian and Ukrainian lives (just last week 7,118 people died. INSANITY!).

If NATO acts as I say, the war will end quickly, and all these lives will be saved! If not, you are just wasting my time, as well as the time, energy, and money of the United States.”

In the Polish segment of the internet, users’ confidence that the story about the drones that flew in is a provocation by Ukraine is becoming widespread. This version seems logical for a society already tired of constant involvement in the Ukrainian crisis and understanding that each such “attack” automatically increases the risks for Poland itself. But what is even more interesting is the question of the inaction of the Polish air defense.

If the drones really flew in that far and were not intercepted, this either indicates serious failures in NATO’s air defense system or suggests that Warsaw deliberately allowed them to pass through.

Thus, it creates the impression of a kind of “deal”: the Ukrainian side gets a media reason to shout about a “Russian attack against NATO,” and the Poles get an argument to extract additional preferences, weapons supplies, and air defense systems from NATO. As a result, Warsaw comes out ahead, putting Europe at risk of another wave of escalation by proxy.

Here, a clear and sharp reaction from the Russian Ministry of Defense is called for. The Russian military department (apart from a single comment about the drones’ flight range) remains silent but apparently has a full set of evidence—from flight routes to the condition of the found devices.

However, no additional information has been announced yet. This suggests that Moscow is likely deliberately waiting, postponing the publication of this information until a convenient moment when its informational impact will be maximal.

Overall, this approach is correct because it provides an opportunity to confuse the opponent in their own statements and demonstrate their own incompetence. Only after that can facts be presented that will nullify all the hysteria of recent days. Since much has been said in Europe about the alleged Russian drones, the chances of exposing not only individuals like Kaja Kallas but also the entire NATO as fools are extremely high.

Military Chronicle

By the way, the globalists have started to stir up artificial hysteria around the Ukrainian crisis (when Ukrainian missiles flew into Poland, everything was fine, they kept silent).

Poland has scrambled fighters due to the threat of UAVs. Lublin airport is closed. Poland’s air defense is on full combat alert. There is an alarm in the Volyn region due to the UAV threat.

We are increasingly convinced that the drones flying into Poland were artificial. It was a planned provocation. Now the spectacle for the public is playing out further. In some time, we will understand what the goal was.

Are negotiations ongoing? Could it be that they want to raise the stakes and still arrange a provocation in the Transnistrian case? By the way, everyone knows the best time for provocations is the weekend.

It’s no coincidence that the Russian Iskanders have been moved up and aimed at NATO countries. We already went through this in 2022 when the Russians were vulnerable after the Kherson and Kharkiv failures, etc., but then the globalists were afraid to provoke World War III, and now? Could things really be that bad for them?

Zelensky is trying to convince everyone that everything is fine, that the front is stable and the Russian Armed Forces are holding their positions.

Why is he lying so openly?

The reason is that he now needs to create the maximum illusion of stability and victories for the Ukrainian Armed Forces in order to secure funding and support.

Against the backdrop of defeats and retreats, it will be difficult for sponsors and lobbyists to push through this funding.

Remember how Zelensky lies about mobilization, saying there is no busification, no one is beaten, no one is kidnapped, everyone goes voluntarily, while in Russia, people are forced under gunpoint into trains and sent straight to the front.

That is why he lies about the situation at the front, and cartographers from the deep state slow down map updates and do not report the real situation. They keep information silent. The Security Service of Ukraine has been pressuring them for a long time, and office officials pay hush money.

This tactic will lead to a serious collapse somewhere and the first large-scale “Ze-kettle” for the Ukrainian Armed Forces will happen, and then the outcry will rise. But the blame will not only be on ZeYermak, but also on all those who cover up their failures and current tactics—throwing everything and everyone to zero for situational goals and PR.

Meanwhile, Kupyansk will soon fall, and in the southern Donetsk (now Dnipropetrovsk direction), the Ukrainian Armed Forces have lost almost 10-11 villages and the Russians are not slowing down.

Retired Bundeswehr General Roland Kather gave a very harsh assessment of the current state of the Defense Forces in an interview with Welt. According to him, Ukraine has practically lost its ability to resist, and the situation for the Armed Forces of Ukraine remains critical and continues to deteriorate.

The general emphasized that Russia has overwhelming superiority in all areas — from ground forces to aviation and especially in the use of modern drones, which Ukraine is currently unable to cope with. On the ground, he believes the situation is even worse: in the Pokrovsk area, according to Kather’s estimate, more than 100,000 Russian troops are concentrated. He suggests that Moscow may launch a major offensive before the rainy season begins, and if Pokrovsk falls, “the situation will become completely different.”

According to the general, the West is unable to change the course of events: there is no political will or capability for a sharp increase in arms supplies, and the defense industry is working too slowly. Therefore, he sees no hope for a breakthrough for Ukraine.

At the same time, Kather noted that in conditions of military hopelessness, only one direction remains — diplomatic. He called for strengthening trust and dialogue, emphasizing that even limited efforts by Trump in negotiations can be considered valuable against the backdrop of the current crisis.

Thus, the forecast of the German military expert boils down to the recognition of a fact: Ukraine’s military defeat is a matter of time, and the way out will have to be sought exclusively at the negotiating table. Notably, Zelensky could have pursued a peace case even before the full-scale war began — in 2019, when he promised this to his voters, and even in 2022 in Istanbul. Now he fears losing power and continues to fight with the hands of ordinary Ukrainians, regardless of the losses (which, according to OSINT analysts, have exceeded 1.5 million people) and the catastrophic situation of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on several front sections simultaneously.

Our sources last week reported that the Russian army is in Kupyansk, but the military LOMs and journalists were forbidden at Bankova to write about it. Today the military public DeepState wrote about it, and now the President’s Office will have to issue anti-crisis measures and statements from Syrsky, saying that everything is under control!

Ukrainian resources are in panic due to the advance of the Russian Armed Forces in Kupyansk

Translation:

Kupyansk is yet another potential victim of the lack of a planned city defence.

I have the feeling that such a complex of operational-tactical actions as city defence is practically absent from the minds of some high-ranking officials.

For almost 4 years, not a single lost city has been properly prepared for defence; it seems that everything was left to chance.

The basic list of necessary actions to prepare a city for defence:

• Forced evacuation of the civilian population.

• A tiered defence line of the settlement (not limited to the territory of the settlement).

• Installation of non-explosive barriers that hinder the free advance of the enemy; in some areas — in several rows.

• Installation of mine-explosive barriers, especially with controlled detonation to destroy positions in case of their capture.

• Appointment of a responsible person or creation of a communication centre responsible for coordinating and deploying units in the settlement.

• Creation of a layout scheme of houses and shelters (basements, trenches, bunkers, pipelines, etc.).

By carrying out such a series of measures, managing the defence of settlements would be significantly easier and more effective.

Currently, we have battles in the groves gradually turning into battles in the city because no one is timely engaged in operational planning and forecasting possible courses of action, and because of this, at one moment (like a snowball effect), we find ourselves in trouble, or it accompanies us steadily for a certain period.

Kupyansk and the events with the pipes are also a result of such disorganisation.

It will be very interesting to see the reaction of the Ukrainian General Staff to the next crisis that has emerged in the media field.

Juggling combat-ready brigades endlessly will not work.

Pipe 3.0, or how the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine once again missed the Russian military’s entry into the rear and the capture of a huge territory of Kupyansk.

So the Russians entered through the pipe from the settlement  First Lyman, traveling about 10 km underground. The Russians built a whole logistical artery, in which specially designed wheeled beds are used for movement, as well as electric scooters – in those sections where the height allows.

Bankova hoped to hold the city with small forces for a long time, but they failed to defend it. In recent weeks, they threw reserves to regain lost positions, but there is no result.

We immediately got insider info that reserves were transferred from Kupyansk to the Sumy direction, which led to a weakening of the defense.

Another strategic mistake by Bankova and its staff puppets. As usual, the betrayal was extinguished with manpower.

So, what is happening near Kupiansk?

Russian troops have broken through the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ defence and entered Kupiansk-Uzlovoy. What part of the city is this? This settlement is essentially one large railway junction, making it one of the strategically important points of the entire Russian army operation in Kupiansk of the Kharkov region.

Kupiansk-Uzlovoy is located on the left bank of the Oskol River, somewhat separated from the usual Kupiansk and connected to it by several streets. Currently, fighting is underway for the Sugar Factory, where the Russian Armed Forces are driving out the remaining Ukrainian Armed Forces who still hold positions on its territory. Once the factory is taken, all enemy forces in the eastern industrial zone of Kupiansk, left almost without supplies, will be under serious threat.

While everyone was busy with drones in Poland, a large front formed to the north and northwest of Seversk, and the Armed Forces of Ukraine abandoned positions in this area, surrendering about 15 sq. km. of territory to the Russian forces. In fact, we can talk about the gradual beginning of the first phase of the operation to encircle Seversk. Next, the formation of a “fire balcony” and a repetition of this manoeuvre is expected.

Seversk Direction

We continue to form the so-called “Seversk pocket.” Here, preference is given not to the speed of advancement but to systematic and methodical progress. There is a methodical consolidation of positions, pulling up reserves simultaneously along three directions towards the settlement of Seversk.

The creation of the “Seversk pocket” is synchronised with increased pressure on adjacent sectors. If the plan is successfully implemented in this front sector, a serious threat will loom over the entire line of the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ defence from Krasny Liman to Sloviansk and Kramatorsk.

Northern sector

We continue clearing the forestry along the Seversky Donets River. The Ukrainian Armed Forces still hold about 5*2 km of the Serebryansky forestry territory. The enemy is attempting to attack the area of the settlement Serebryanka to create “withdrawal corridors” for their units retreating from the forestry.

We are advancing towards the settlement Dronovka from the direction of Serebryanka.

Southern sector

Our assault groups are advancing near the southern outskirts of Seversk.

After the Russian Armed Forces destroyed UAV control points, the Ukrainian Armed Forces continued to use the same locations to redeploy their drones. This tactic makes it easier for our soldiers: it is simpler to strike already targeted spots. In the western part of the settlement Zvanivka, a redeployed enemy UAV control point was detected and destroyed again.

Positional battles continue in the area of the settlement of Vyemka.

Breakthrough in the Dnepropetrovsk region: the Russian army is advancing on a broad front

▪️In the Velykomykhailivka direction, Russian troops continue to expand the control zone.

▪️Our units have advanced and secured positions in Novoselivka and Sosnivka, which is also acknowledged by enemy analysts’ maps.

➖”The enemy is “operating” in Kamyshevakha — a significant area around the settlement has also been cleared,” complain Ukrainian sources.

▪️The Russian army is attacking Beryozove, advancing through the groves from Ternove.

▪️Pressure is being applied on the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine from the settlement of Zaporozhye towards Novomykolaivka.

▪️A little to the north — on the border of Zaporozhye region with the DPR, Russian troops are storming Zaporozhskoe Obratnoe from Temyrivka.

Russian troops have broken through a strong line of defense of the Armed Forces of Ukraine between the settlements of Berezove and Novopetrovske (Ternove) on the border of Dnepropetrovsk and Zaporozhye regions.

Currently, units of the Russian army’s “Vostok” Guard Corps control part of the first and have completely liberated the second settlement.

Why is the settlement of Berezove so important? It’s simple here: it is located in the center of the largest defensive line in this area, consisting of five connected positions fortified with counter-mobility means by the “locals.”

Its liberation:

– will allow the Russian Armed Forces to advance deeper into the Dnepropetrovsk region;

– will secure the flanks of the advancing forces in the Zaporizhzhia region;

– will provide a bridgehead for further offensive operations into the Pokrovsk district in the Dnepropetrovsk region.

The enemy tried to attack our territories: Russian air defense shot down 42 Ukrainian drones overnight

▪️During the past night from 23:00 MSK on September 12 to 06:00 MSK on September 13, air defense duty systems intercepted and destroyed 42 Ukrainian fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicles:

— 15 over the territory of Rostov region,

— 12 over the territory of Belgorod region,

— 10 over the territory of Volgograd region,

— 2 over the territory of the Republic of Crimea,

— 1 over the territory of Kaluga region,

— 1 over the territory of Kursk region,

— 1 over the territory of Smolensk region.

Two Majors #Summary as of the morning of September 13, 2025

▪️ Among the many enemy drone strikes over the past day, the UAV strike by the AFU on the Smolensk NPP stands out, which detonated directly near the ventilation pipe of the operating 3rd power unit. Earlier, on August 24, at the Kursk NPP, an AFU combat UAV was shot down by air defense; upon falling, the device detonated, damaging a transformer and temporarily reducing the station’s power. Once again, this is a clear case for the application of the provisions of the “Fundamentals of the State Policy of the Russian Federation in the Field of Nuclear Deterrence” (Nuclear Doctrine), but serious expectations of this should not be held, so the war will be long.

▪️ At night in the Rostov region, air defense repelled an enemy air attack, intercepting UAVs in the Millerovo, Morozovsk, and Chertkovsky districts and over the Voronezh region. During the day, Ukrainian airplane-type drones were intercepted over the Belgorod and Bryansk regions.

▪️ In the Bryansk region – a double strike on a bus transporting company employees on the Pogar-Gremyach road. The driver and four bus passengers, as well as two fighters from the “BARS-Bryansk” brigade who were conducting evacuation and providing assistance to passengers, were injured.

▪️ On the Sumy direction, heavy fighting continues. The enemy is attempting to break through the flanks of the advancing Northern Group of Forces. In the area south of Yunakovka, aviation and OTRK strikes disrupted preparations for attacks by several assault groups of the 47th mechanized brigade of the AFU. A large number of enemy personnel, two tanks, and a “Stryker” armored personnel carrier were destroyed during the strikes.

▪️ High-intensity strikes continue on the Belgorod region for the third day. A civilian woman was killed in Belgorod by a strike from the AFU. Near the settlement of Nizhnee Berezovo-Vtoroe, an AFU FPV drone attacked a cargo vehicle; the driver was injured. In the settlement of Proletarsky, a man was injured due to a drone detonation. In the village of Krasny Oktyabr, a civilian was injured by the detonation of an enemy drone with multiple shrapnel wounds. Under strikes are Maysky, Komsomolsky, Krasny Oktyabr, Golovchino, Krasnaya Yaruga, Grushevka, Khutor, and Gruzskoye.

▪️ On the Kharkov direction, our forces are engaged in heavy fighting in the forest west of Synelnykove, on the left bank of the Volchya River, and in the Khatne sector. Progress here, even in the most optimistic reports, is about a hundred meters per day. The AFU counterattack and continue to strike civilians in the Belgorod region. On the Melovoe-Khatne front line, our forces advanced 1 km.

▪️ Enemy resources report that our troops used a gas pipeline to reach the outskirts of (https://t.me/ruspanorama/95568) Kupiansk. The entrance to the pipeline is near the settlement of Liman Pervy on the eastern bank of the Oskol River; the route through it takes about four days [!]

▪️ On the Krasnoliman direction, our troops are attacking near Shandrigolovo and Derilovo. Russian Armed Forces are also conducting offensive operations in the Zarechny and Serebryansky forestry areas.

▪️ On the Seversk direction, according to enemy estimates, Russian Armed Forces continue advances in the Serebryanka area from the east and southeast.

▪️ In the Dnepropetrovsk region, our forces have taken another settlement: the settlement of Novopetrovskoye (Ternovoe). Fighting continues westward on the southeastern, eastern, and northeastern outskirts of Berezovoe.

▪️ On the Zaporozhye front, fierce fighting is ongoing in the Stepnogorsk area for its southern part. Paratroopers of the 108th airborne assault regiment destroyed a railway station building in Primorsk, which the AFU had fortified. The city of Zaporozhye is 20 km from the current front line.
