In Lindau, Germany, near the German/Austrian/Swiss borders, 4 youths between the ages of 11-13 are accused of stealing emergency hammers from a bus and attacking a 13-year-old Austrian boy with them. Two Syrian brothers and two Ukrainians beat a 13-year-old resident of Vorarlberg and fled. Among other things, they allegedly struck him with stolen emergency hammers.
