How nice that he smiles and pets cats — almost as if he isn’t malice personified.
Mamdani’s base of support is foreign; according to the polls, he loses among Americans born in this country. But there are native-born Americans who will vote for him — precisely because his election will be the ultimate insult to their own country.
As a New Yorker at the time, I took solace in the American flags that appeared everywhere in the city after 9/11. Now that moonbattery and mass immigration have done their work, Mamdani represents the cancelation of those flags, being a product of the vehemently anti-American DSA.
