Knife Rampage on London Train, 10 Victims Hospitalized With Life Threatening Injuries

Two men dressed head to toe in black wielded large knives and attacked as many people as possible.

British Transport Police arrested two British men, aged 32 and 35, after a man with a large knife attacked passengers and staff on an LNER train from Doncaster to London King’s Cross around 7:42 p.m. Saturday, shortly after leaving Peterborough. The train stopped at Huntingdon station, where armed officers detained the suspects on suspicion of attempted murder, leaving 10 people hospitalized, nine with life-threatening injuries.

Remember mass-stabbing attacks are not ‘terror related’.

Two men usually boarded a train and tried to stab as many passengers as possible but UK authorities rushed to insist this wasn’t terrorism.

I was on the Huntingdon train.

I only know of one attacker, he got on the train from Peterborough. He was black mid 20’s. We ran from the back of the train to the end as everyone was screaming to run, explaining there was somebody stabbing everyone and everything.

UK train stabbing hospitalizes ten, most in ‘life-threatening’ condition, two assailants arrested

Two men were arrested after multiple passengers were stabbed on a train in Huntingdon, eastern England, police said. At least 10 have been hospitalized, including nine in life-threatening condition.

Police arrested two men who stabbed at least 10 passengers on a train in Huntington, eastern England, authorities confirmed on Saturday.

Police later clarified that out of the 10 victims who were hospitalized, nine are believed to be suffering from “life-threatening injuries,” while one is being treated for “non life-threatening injuries.”

The incident was declared as a “major incident” and counterterror police are supporting British Transport Police (BTP)’s investigations, BTP confirmed. However, authorities have not yet confirmed whether the incident was criminal or terrorist in nature.

Police originally responded under the codeword “Operation Plato,” which is used to denote a response to a “marauding terror attack,” but this declaration was later rescinded, The Telegraph reported, citing BTP.

British police and ambulance services said a number of people had been stabbed on the train to Huntingdon, with armed officers seen entering the train in videos on social media.

The East of England Ambulance Service said it mobilised a large-scale response to Huntingdon Railway Station, which included numerous ambulances and critical care teams, including three air ambulances.
