Trials and Tribulations of Donald J Trump

The phrase “trials and tribulations” refers to troubles, problems, difficulties, or annoyances. It often describes a problematic journey or experience that requires courage and resilience. This phrase also refers to challenging life events and distressing situations one must endure. It suggests hardships that demand perseverance and determination to overcome. This is the dilemma for the 2024 elections and Donald J. Trump’s success.

The Democrat Party is the criminal cartel in this country. Since the Trump trial and its deliberations have dominated conversations, explaining the legal issues and the trial’s conduct would be helpful. President Trump was charged with 34 counts of falsifying business records under New York Business Law 175.10. It states:

“A person is guilty of falsifying business records in the first degree when he commits the crime of falsifying business records in the second degree, and when his intent to defraud includes an intent to commit another crime or to aid or conceal the commission thereof.”

The New York Election Law 17-152 violation was another charge against President Trump: “Conspiracy to promote or prevent an election. Any two or more persons who conspire to promote or prevent the election of any person to a public office by unlawful means and whose conspiracy is acted upon by one or more of the parties to it shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.”

The 34 counts, or records, consist of 11 checks written to Michael Cohen, along with comparable vouchers and invoices. The prosecution alleges that the payments marked as legal expenses were reimbursements for payments made by Cohen to Stormy Daniels to aid in the election of Donald Trump. What was Clinton’s payment to Paula Jones listed as? Remember, Paula Jones accused Clinton of rape! The prosecution must demonstrate President Trump’s intention to defraud or conceal the alleged conspiracy by creating business records.

That sounds clear, but the jury and many legal observers said it was confusing or was made confusing from the start. The charges needed to be made clear. This was a kangaroo court by its very definition. Does a bookkeeping violation warrant 34 felony counts? This judge should have allowed Trump’s witnesses to explain their answers. No one seems to know what the jury convicted Trump of. The judge (paraphrased) instructed the jury to find something to convict.

What in American history can we compare this with? Turning our country into a banana republic? At the same time, the Democrats have been attacking the Supreme Court, trying to get Alito to recuse himself because his wife likes to fly flags from America’s past, like the Appeal to Heaven, a flag hung by other cities routinely. This all realizes that we are in danger of a split or divorce. Where are our common values, the E Pluribus Unum? The Democrat Party wants to jail Donald Trump because he’s about to win an election? The Left in our country does not respect our Constitution, our system of government, or our elections. They don’t like the Electoral College. They would rather have mob rule, and the word ‘mob’ is perfect to describe Democrats.

The Democrat Party has shown that, despite their claim to protect democracy, the rule of law, and the integrity of our institutions, they have systematically dismantled this country. This case was not about the law. It was about stopping Trump. They’ve weaponized the law to destroy all opposition they deem dangerous.

If we do not get a handle on this split and come to some consensus, I fear violence and civil war. The Democrat Party has been taken over by leftist fanatics, with almost the entire media encouraging and feeding them. If any centrists are still in the party, they must come together and return to their party.

Just because Progressives declare something that’s prima facia unconstitutional, like Affirmative Action supported by DEI, for example, and they want it to be the law of the land, does not guarantee political success for them any more than the phony trial against President Trump makes him guilty of the crimes they claimed he committed. It’s all for show and was done with the single intent of damaging Trump’s ability to campaign to be America’s next president. Crooked Joe Biden, by E.O.’s, is ruining America by granting “mass amnesty” to hundreds of thousands of illegal immigrants, his confused foreign policy decisions, and his abandonment of Israel’s war against Hamas, to name a few. Joe is trying to transfer student debts from the debtors to the taxpayers, even though the Supreme Court said it was unconstitutional, but he’s trying to do it anyway. In an exercise of pure chutzpah, Joe opined after Trump’s guilty verdict: “The American principle that no one is above the law was reaffirmed.” I hope Joe realizes that when his head is in the noose.

When we continue to allow Progressives to ‘mandate’ our laws or create them out of thin air by E.O, made into law without the involvement of our elected representatives, or with them when they hold the majority in both houses and the presidency, then actual tyranny stands poised at the threshold of our nation. Americans have already viewed the government’s exercise of tyranny to protect “the rule of law” against MAGA supporters, parents at school board meetings, and Christians praying at baby murder factories, i.e., Planned Parenthood. We all know those programs are not for our protection or better government but to protect the dysfunctional, inept Democrat-created agenda from its inevitable collapse. Since his conviction in a NY court, Trump, in three days, raised $70 million from small-dollar donors for his campaign and over $300 million in total. What Joe Biden did to Donald Trump copies how Stalin’s courts in the Soviet Union handled dissenters. Many were shot or sent to gulags. Under Biden’s administration, Trump is headed for a gulag somewhere. It’s a clue of what’s coming for us if idiot Joe Biden, or any Democrat, is elected.

Conservatives need to recognize the absolute tyranny coming at them, what it looks like, and decide whether we are in a war and with whom. With whom has been settled. It’s the Progressive Democrats. A civil conflict will not resolve the problem for our side but will play into the Biden government’s hands to turn our nation more quickly into a fascist-run state, for our protection, of course. He has made MAGA supporters enemies of the state! The Republican Party, having chosen to be a part of the Uniparty ruling class, has not yet grasped the concept that they are a big part of the problem, uninterested in finding solutions, and won’t be saved if fascism takes over. If they don’t know the problem, how can they solve it? Besides, why would we expect the government to solve the problems they created? Maybe we should allow private enterprise to have a go. We’ve already relegated many of our secret military missions abroad to Blackrock. They provide high-paid employment for ex-special forces soldiers as mercenaries as the Russians have done with the Wagner Group.

There is a positive movement afoot. The growing “freedom caucus” in our House of Representatives challenges old GOP norms and coalesces behind Trump’s reelection. So are the outraged people if donations and turnout at Trump rallies are any indication. The difference between Democrats and Republicans at the national level is superficial, but, as a uni party, they are both equally destructive to our Republic, and we’re seeing it in action. The real power in America, the ones pushing the world globalization mantra, includes the political and cultural ruling classes in Washington DC, Hollywood, Wall Street, the corrupted media, NGOs, political action committees, but mainly, the apparatus of federal law enforcement that imposes its political decisions on a growing and fearful population in the name of protecting national security. They represent the true face of American tyranny exercised under the authority of the Patriot and National Defenses Acts as amended by Democrats. The propaganda arm of the Democrat party, the legacy media, empowers their need to be relevant by knowingly censoring opinions opposing the Progressive agenda in the platforms they influence. Retaining power is their aim; changing America is their goal. Are we on the cusp of a new dark age? Decades of living by the dictates of foolish people acting illegally and without consequence to their actions suggests that it just might be so. Let’s work not to let that happen.

Why are we not surprised we learn nothing from past experiences about what’s good and evil in government, what works and what doesn’t? It seems to be Deja Vue all over again! The Left, the Democrat Party, breathlessly keeps warning Americans about the dangers Trump poses to “Democracy,” ignoring the fact that America is a Constitutional Representative Government, not a Democracy. Even James Madison, one of our founding fathers, said: “Democracy is the vilest form of government!” He also said: “Disarm the people—that is the best and most effective way to enslave them.”

Democracy is the tool a good and moral government uses to establish its laws, rules, and regulations and establish who can vote for “representatives” who make those laws, rules, and regulations. Over the decades, democracy gradually recognized that women had a right to vote (as equals), then later, minorities, especially blacks, followed by lowering the voting age for 18-year-olds because logically if an 18 yr old can die for his country, should be able to vote for it. Another of our founding fathers said: “Democracies have ever been spectacles of turbulence and contention; have ever been found incompatible with personal security or the rights of property; and have in general been as short in their lives as they have been violent in their deaths.”  In the meantime, how today’s Democrats view democracy explains why so many mediocre, incompetent people get elected to office. When we give mediocrity the vote, we shouldn’t be surprised if they get re-elected. The Biden administration stands as a prime example that proves the point. Affirmative Action is killing American leadership. People who suffer from Trump Derangement symptoms will not understand!

In the past century or so, the alteration by radical Progressives of the principles of democracy has gifted us with growing moral degeneration, the disintegration of family, social and cultural norms, rising rates of divorce, fatherless families, illegitimacy, abortions, and crime. If you’ve read the essay The Devil Knows Scripture and understand the position Progressives have placed America in on the world stage, you may realize that democracy doesn’t last that long; each experiment has been entered onto the pages of lost causes and another lost experience. Democracy will expire through the meddling of the mediocre and incompetent who ignore the rules that made it. They slowly commit suicide. History is replete with sad stories of democracies that committed suicide because, in all instances, politicians thought they knew better what the people needed and ignored the rules. John Adams opined that democracies “murder themselves” and “commit suicide.” We are witness to it now.

America celebrates July 4th, 1776, as its start date. That was 248 years ago, but being a democracy didn’t begin until around a hundred years ago. The US Constitution places most of the power in America’s political system in the hands of the states (10th Amendment) because state and local governments are closer to the people and thus more easily controlled by the people. The history we don’t learn from tells us that every government created by man tended to increase its leaders’ power at the people’s expense. The Constitution explicitly tells the federal and state governments what they can and cannot do. Here’s the kicker: everything else is left to the people. That defines Democracy briefly but fails for not religious or moral nations. The Left hates the Constitution because it affords them no definitive (absolute) power over the people. If our Constitution is not God-given, then Democrats, despising the idea of limited government, must be totalitarians because they cannot govern without complete power, and God be damned!

Today, the God-inspired gift of liberty left to us by our founding fathers, “if we could keep it,” would be unrecognizable to them. The radical proponents of socialist political philosophies, all with a history of failure, are still determined to impose them upon us despite policies that remain inimical to the Liberty our Constitution grants us. Why do we permit it?

If Joe Biden is reelected, or any other of the losers in the current Democrat party who may be selected to replace him, it will mark the first stage of the failure of America as a Representative government, and democracy will be the cause of it. Progressive Democrats want to apply “democracy” to national election results so blue states overpopulated with the uneducated can vote for their candidate by the popular vote, not the électoral vote. Newer Americans are not taught how the Electoral College works or how to save America from installing tyrants. Do not forget also that Democrats want to pack the Supreme Court so if they can’t win at the election box, they can win by “lawfare.

Trump was correct when he said: they’re not after him, they’re after us, he’s just in their way! That was just proved in a NY Courthouse.

The upcoming 2024 election is critical to the future of the Republic and America.

“All that our Saviour promiseth his disciples when he tells them of the great trials and tribulations they were to undergo, is, ‘I will send you the Spirit, the Comforter; he shall give you peace in me when in the world you shall have trouble.’”
