So as Chief Executive Officer of USA Inc.,a British territorial governmental services corporations and Commander in Chief of the military , both of which are in Admiralty jurisdiction of the sea,Lincoln delegated himself dictator. general order 100, the Lieber code, law of war manual. The first of many unconstitutional executive orders. Executive Orders are a treasonous act. After traitor Lincoln attorned the military control over to the crown conglomerate, he proceeded to kill millions of Americans. The oxymoronic civil war had no lawful beginning ,nor lawful ending. Apparently a majority of Americans are so gullible that they actually believe the government uses their money to educate their children because it cares about them. Thy remain blissfully unaware that a governments soul motive for doing anything is always to control.
