So as Chief Executive Officer of USA Inc.,a British territorial governmental services corporations and Commander in Chief of the military , both of which are in Admiralty jurisdiction of the sea,Lincoln delegated himself dictator. general order 100, the Lieber code, law of war manual. The first of many unconstitutional executive orders. Executive Orders are a treasonous act. After traitor Lincoln attorned the military control over to the crown conglomerate, he proceeded to kill millions of Americans. The oxymoronic civil war had no lawful beginning ,nor lawful ending.
