Global Announcement: Papal Bull Postliminium

Pope Paul III issues a decree, “Sublimus Deus,” in 1537 opposing the enslavement of indigenous peoples and calling them “true men”, with rights to freedom and property, even if they are not Christian. 

This papal bull becomes the policy of Spain’s leaders—but conquistadors and colonists did not uphold it.  Instead they found new ways to enslave, through reclassification and false history.

The Indigenous People of the Americas were not pale or beige in complexion, they were/ and are a dark complexion people. The people you see today claiming to be Native American (American Indian) are the decedents of Conquistadors and Colonist/ Caucasians. The real indigenous people (Aboriginal Americans) have been reclassified as Black, Afro or African American and told a false history of themselves.

The illustration is consistent with the descriptions found in historical accounts like those by Bartolomé de Las Casas, a Spanish Dominican friar who documented the atrocities committed by the conquistadors.

Pre-Colonization/ Pre-Mexico

The earliest complex civilization in Mesoamerica (so-called Mexico and Central America) was the Olmec civilization, which flourished between 1200 and 400 BCE. They are considered the “mother culture” of Mesoamerica, as their influence is seen in later civilizations like the Maya. The Olmec lived along the Gulf Coast of America (Mexico).

Mesoamerican refers to the indigenous peoples inhabiting the region of Mesoamerica, which encompasses parts of modern-day Mexico and Central America. These groups share a common cultural and historical background rooted in pre-Columbian civilizations like the Olmec, Maya, and Aztec. While “Mesoamerican” describes a cultural and geographical area, it also encompasses diverse ethnic groups with their own languages and customs. 

Aboriginal American Indian Tribes and The Constitution

Prior to European arrival Aboriginal American Indians had formed complex societies in North America establishing governance.

The Atlantic coast of North America was home to numerous Indigenous tribes, primarily belonging to the Algonquian and Iroquoian language families. Prominent groups include the Wabanaki Confederacy (Abenaki, Mi’kmaq, Penobscot, Passamaquoddy, Maliseet), the Powhatan Confederacy (Mohegan, Pequot, Narragansett and the Wampanoag).  These tribes had diverse cultures, languages, and political structures, interacting with each other and with the environment in complex ways. 

Another example of superior self-governance and inter-tribal relations was The Iroquois Confederacy, also known as the Haudenosaunee Confederacy, originally comprised five tribes (the Mohawk, Oneida, Onondaga, Cayuga and Seneca); and later the Tuscarora joined, forming the Six Nations. 

The Iroquois Confederacy came about as a result of the Great Law of Peace, an oral tradition, also written on wampum belts, around the year 1142 when a solar eclipse occurred. The Confederacy was formed to unite these tribes and establish a peaceful means of decision-making, with a Grand Council of chiefs representing each nation. 

The United States senate acknowledges the contribution of the Iroquois Confederacy to the development of the United States Constitution by passing Joint House Resolution 331. 

Educational System, A Modern-day Historical Heist 

The above illustration, titled “School Begins” is from Puck magazine, published in January 1899. Notice the New Students holding books from various United States. They are pale or beige in complexion with European features, very different features from the Indigenous People in front of them; as well as the American Indian seated by the door with the book upside down.

The Original People of the Americas were described as a bushy-haired people with copper-color skin. Not pale or beige in complexion with straight hair.

As the illustration from PUCK Magazine 1899 shows, the children were taken away and taught a history that did not belong to them.

Today you have all sorts of people pretending and claiming to be Native American, and the fact is most are actually Caucasian.

Canon law is the body of laws and regulations made by Church leadership, for the government of a Christian organization (Nation), Church and its members.

The way that such church law is legislated, interpreted and at times adjudicated varies widely among these three bodies of Churches Catholic Church (both Latin and Eastern Catholic Churches), Eastern and Oriental Orthodox churches, and the Anglican Communion of churches.

In all three traditions, a canon was originally a rule adopted from Papal Bull.

The Order
Postliminium is a term of public international law. The term invalidates all illegitimate acts that an occupant may have performed on a given territory after its recapture by the legitimate sovereign. For example, if an occupant has sold a private or public property when the land was under occupation of an enemy alien, the original owner can reclaim the property when the land is recaptured without paying any compensation. Postliminium also means the rule by which persons captured in war return to their original status when resorted to the jurisdiction of their own country.

Thus,

I order the Restitution of All Assets, Property, Status, Birthrights, Artifacts and Belongings captured by the Roman Court, Papal Rule, Western Civilizations, Eastern Civilizations,  Oriental Civilizations and their Members, Guests, Agents, and Allies from Beginningless Time.

Remove All Prisoner of War (POW) Flags. All people are Free, and own the rights to their image (“body”), likeness (“facial features”), voice (“sound”), and hereditary material (“DNA”).

Restore Ancient History of the Indigenous (Aboriginal) Peoples. 
Return All Assets, Property, Status, Birthrights, Artifacts and Belongings of the Indigenous (Aboriginal) Peoples.

This Order is Effective Now, throughout the land*.

Land* The term ‘land’ includes all physical elements in the wealth of a nation bestowed by nature; such as climate, environment, fields, forests, minerals, mountains, lakes, streams, seas, and animals. As an asset, it includes anything (1) on the ground, (such as, buildings, crops, fences, trees, water), (2) above the ground (air and space rights), and (3) under the ground (mineral rights) down to the center of the Earth.
