Enclosed is a photograph of Cedar Springs School house, and the map that it was located before Dad and Mom brought the material to build their home….The Cedar Springs school was dismantled and rebuilt on top of the mountain at 132 Wood Meadow Drive, Hollister , Missouri
It was built with love, hard work and determination. With that same determination to save the place from it being turned into a country junk yard dump, and the decision that for me it is time to live there, and preserve my interest in the farm that I write to you today.

Briefly , you are family that Mom dearly loved. I accept that she made good decisions and on that always talked to me at length how much she thought of you and your family… always told me about your letters to her and your planned visits, and cards sent.
She loved that.
Though throughout the years you and I really do not know each other, but that does not change the “ second cousin” position .
Well, a blast from the past is that your Grandpa’s land in Taneyville, Mo. was lost to a family member that took advantage of Uncle Alva, and I remember when Uncle Ben came in and tried to stop all of that. I was there holding Mom’s hand as I did for decades when the family crisis and drama came up.
She knew that as a woman I would have compassion and comprehension of the situation.

I at one time had respect for him in my youth.
1. There is a trust in place where by Mom wanted her children, her grandchildren, her blood relatives to always be able to come back home, as that is what she wanted. She was quite knowledgeable about the dynasty blood line trusts.
After Moms death, all of the “ children” created a private agreement to only sell to each other , and keep the land together.
I have a copy of that and have put it into my trust, as I have assigned my portion as a perpetual dynasty trust, just as Mom did ( This is all private and not published publicly)

The caverns under the land are connected to the Stone County Missouri caverns and keeping the land together and not piece mealing it out, IE: petition to partition, which a crooked lawyer will tell others to do. The lawyers and the land developers win in that case.
With all of the fraud, theft, unlawful conversion that has happened in Taney county courthouse, the only one over there with a heart is Tony W. and he would be recused if this came in front of him as Mom and his Mom Irene Williams were co workers and friends… He has also been my lawyer , before he stepped into being a judge.

The article you are about to read with the document, is what I had said in Going After the Wrong People on atgpress, that there is no Secretary of the Treasury of the US . This is the actual document abolishing the real US Treasury in 1921. This also proves the Secretary was to transfer to the TREASURER many functions of the Treasury. The only thing that exists today is A DEPARTMENT of TREASURY, which IS NOT a Treasury.
See Black's Law 5th Ed page 393 for DEPARTMENT and Websters 1828 dictionary says; DEPARTMENT

IRS is only a private corporate entity as listed on Manta and Dun & ; Bradstreet as the IRS.
If you want to write to the Treasury that no longer exists, as you think it should be, try writing to the Federal Reserve as it is now the fiscal agent of the United States A.K.A. Congress when assembled. Fits right in with the government being a private corporation and the Department is not a treasury any longer just called a department of treasury when there is no treasury.
Now ask yourself this, when they abolished the real US Treasury, how can a Department exist that calls itself "department of treasury" when Treasury no longer exists?
Would you call that fraud? They the GAO so all the Treasury people could go there, correct? So why not keep the Treasury as the Department and leave all the treasury people there? Because they had to abolish it completely so the private corporation called Federal Reserve could take completely the functions of the real US Treasury that dealt in real money and let the Federal Reserve flood the country with private worthless IOU's called Federal Reserve Notes to pass as money.
But fraud had to be created called the DEPARTMENT of treasury to make people think there was still a treasury. Now ask yourself this question, If all was abolished what became of the Treasurer that signs the Federal Reserve Note if they completely abolished the Treasury? Where did she/he go and who does she/he work for? Certainly not the United States Treasury as that's eliminated.

The PRIVATE Federal Reserve was given the job that Congress abdicated when they installed a private corporation to handle the money, counter to what they were commanded to do by their Constitution. And you say you created it? Bah Humbug! This is why the IMF, really the UN because it created the IMF/ The Bank, now controls the country and has since 1945 when the Governor of the IMF was placed in the office of the Secretary of Treasury.
They control all the private corporate courts also and is the reason why one cannot win going against these private corporations.
The courts are nothing but controlled equity contract courts as there never has been an Article III Court, ever, in America or the United States courts belonging to the American soil.
The Governor, also known as the "Secretary of the Treasury", who today is Henry Paulson, is a total fraud. The people have no clue that the IRS takes all it's orders from a private foreign organization (IMF) whose governors have been in charge since 1945 .
The real fraud is that they are NOT a real Secretary of the Treasury of the United States. Paulson used to be at 1111 Constitution Avenue and left to go to the Federal Reserve building, and now can only be reached at the IMF building in Washington .
When you write to the Secretary of Treasury you are actually writing to an unoccupied office as The Governor receives all mail from that alter ego office. It's a mere front for the IMF office as a front for the UN.
The reason why the UN is headquartered in the US is the bylaws state that the controlling company (country to you), has to have the most amount of special drawing rights, and have the largest controlling vote. The US has the most money in it and controls, as of 1995, 19.6 percent of the voting stock. And you wonder why the US does not get out of the UN? Hell it is the UN.
Why would it want to give up the IMF only to have it come down so hard that they would own what the IMF claims the US owes it in tax interest alone. The Fed Reserve has very little to do with it as you see in the News that the IMF is going to control the Federal Reserve private corporation. That means Rubin and all past Secretaries of the Treasury since 1945, are foreign entities. But people can't think that the words United States do not appear after the phrase Secretary of the Treasury. So they are not lying as they know people will and have assumed he was and is the Secretary of the Treasury of the United States . It's still fraud as they had a duty to tell but didn't.
But to whom? YOU? Because the people did not create the con job! The Padleford case said the private person (men and woman) are not parties to that contract, so we can't complain. If we can't complain, then the Secretary has no duty to tell us he is the Governor of the IMF. Nor that only a DEPARTMENT of what was once the Treasury exists and is a private corporation. Do you now see how insidious this is and the myth that the common man created the Constitution that Patrick Henry said was a document of slavery?
They started thinking of control centuries before, while the common American sees only to the end of his nose and that's the future. The patriots don't even see that far as they are always looking back in time to see what happened and can only see 50 years maybe in the past?
This is one reason why after the income tax was repealed back circa 1944/45 when the war ended, as it was strictly a war tax, like the phone tax you all pay today on the Spanish American war that was repealed completely back in 1965; the original was repealed 1903. So you people are being screwed again by the IMF when they refuse to take the Federal Excise tax off your phone billing. This is one tax the phone companies say you can refuse to pay.

The income war tax was kept alive by the IMF so it could better implement its plan to control and tax the people of America , as they are doing today. Remember they came into existence at the end of WWII and were fronting the money to both sides in the war and they wanted to make sure they got their money, since Roosevelt pledged all your property to pay the debts back in 1933.
You have to read International Agreements Other than Treaties and in there at the opening page 1401 there is the Articles of agreement of the United States and the International Monetary Fund 59 Stat 512 December 27 1954.

President Trump will welcome French President Emmanuel Macron to the United States for an official state visit on Monday, in the latest sign of goodwill between the two leaders.
The two got off to a rocky start after sharing a tense handshake at their first meeting at a NATO summit in Brussels last May. But since that shaky beginning, Trump and Macron have developed a surprisingly collegial bond.
“It’s no secret that President Trump and President Macron enjoy a good working relationship — I may say, a close personal relationship,” a senior administration official told reporters at a briefing ahead of Macron’s visit.

The strength of that bond may be tested during their talks this week, though. Macron is expected to press Trump for concessions on matters where the United States and France have not been aligned, including the U.S. military strategy in Syria, the Iran nuclear deal, and trade.
Until now, Trump and Macron have been able to mostly lay aside their differences and work together on important issues.
France joined the United States and Britain in carrying out airstrikes against the Syrian government earlier this month after a suspected chemical weapons attack.
But cracks in that united front were exposed shortly after those airstrikes took place, when Macron told French media that he had convinced Trump to keep U.S. troops in Syria.
The White House quickly pushed back, saying that the U.S. mission in Syria had not changed, and Trump still expects to bring U.S. troops stationed there home as quickly as possible.

Macron will likely try to get assurances from Trump during their discussions at the White House that the United States will not leave Syria until ISIS is fully defeated.
“The big question is whether the stylistic affinity and the camaraderie that the two presidents developed leads to actual substantive policy changes from Washington’s point of view,” said Jeffrey Rathke, who served as director of the State Department press office during the Obama administration.
Different in politics, similar in styles
Trump and Macron seem worlds apart politically — Macron is a centrist and pro-European Union, while Trump was elected on a populist “America First” platform.
Still, both men are outsiders who unexpectedly rose to their country’s top office. They both have an appreciation for grandiose optics and work to present themselves as strong leaders.

Macron used their common styles to his advantage when he invited Trump to Paris last July, treating Trump and the first lady to dinner at the Eiffel Tower.
During that trip, Trump was guest of honor at the Bastille Day parade, where he made no attempt to conceal his excitement for the military show, pointing and gesturing at fighter jets as they flew by.
Trump and Macron even managed to make up for their first awkward encounter, exchanging a hug and sharing an extended, friendly handshake at the parade.

“They are two men who disrupted their political systems and two men who understood that politics was not responding to those disaffected by globalization,” said Jeff Lightfoot, a fellow at the Atlantic Council, a Washington, D.C., think tank.
“I think there’s a certain degree of mutual admiration there,” Lightfoot said.
High-stakes meeting
Trump chose to honor Macron with the first state visit of the Trump administration. In addition to the pomp and pageantry of a state dinner, Trump will take Macron on a sightseeing trip to George Washington’s Mount Vernon estate in Virginia.
The summit with the French president will give Trump an opportunity to showcase his diplomatic chops and his role as a statesman.

In some ways, the stakes may be higher for Macron than Trump because the French leader will need to show that his close relationship with Trump is producing some results, said Charles Kupchan of the Council on Foreign Relations.
“Trump is not popular on the other side of the Atlantic and people are going to ask him why he’s bothering to spend time with American president, if he doesn’t get anything to show for it,” said Kupchan, who served as a director for European affairs on the National Security Council during the Obama and Clinton administrations.

One top priority for Macron will be making the case for the United States to stay in the Iran nuclear deal. Trump set a May 12 deadline to make a decision on whether to pull out of the agreement.
It will be a tough sell. Trump has been vocal about his disdain for the deal and his new national security adviser, John Bolton, and his pick for secretary of state, Mike Pompeo, are also not fans of the agreement.
Another looming deadline that will be up for discussion is the end of the current exemption for the European Union from U.S. import tariffs on steel and aluminum on May 1. Macron and the EU are advocating for a permanent exclusion from the duties.
Macron has “invested a lot in this relationship and it’s not clear yet how much he’s able to influence Donald Trump,” Lightfoot said. “That’s going to be a key question, I think, on this visit.”
