Mala Mahanadu Condemns Kaikaluru Dalit Assault, Demands Justice

Proddatur – Andhra Pradesh: Mala Mahanadu (Ramaji Group) strongly condemned the brutal attack on Dalits in Eluru district’s Kaikaluru constituency, allegedly by Jana Sena party leaders. Speaking at the Dr. B R Ambedkar’s statue, National President Ramaji Emmanuel declared that Dalit patience is not weakness and warned the coalition government of statewide agitations if justice is denied.

Tributes to Dr. B R Ambedkar

The program began with Rayalaseema General Secretary Arun Kumar leading a group to garland the statue of Ambedkar at the old bus stand in Proddatur. The act symbolized the community’s resolve to uphold Ambedkar’s ideals of equality and social justice.

Condemnation of attacks on Dalits

Ramaji Emmanuel thundered that the government has allowed law and order to collapse, emboldening upper-handed forces to unleash atrocities on Dalits. “Is it only the poor and voiceless that you can torture and kill?” he asked, denouncing the brutality against vulnerable communities.

Government’s betrayal of Dalit support

The Mala Mahanadu leader lashed out at the ruling coalition, reminding them that Dalits worked hard to bring them to power. “To attack and humiliate them is nothing but betrayal,” Emmanuel said, calling it a shameful disregard for the very people who stood with the coalition in its struggle.

Call for immediate action

Emmanuel demanded that the Dalit Home Minister act without delay and ensure strict punishment for those responsible. He warned that silence and inaction would trigger an unstoppable wave of Dalit agitations across Andhra Pradesh.

Unity against oppression

State Coordinator Mekala Obulesu, District President Sangati Pullaiah, State Secretary Satri Lakshmaiah, and several town-level leaders joined the protest, vowing to escalate the struggle until Dalits receive justice.
