The Digital Dictatorship - Part One

A new regime of surveillance has taken over,
and we are facing existential threats on many fronts!

The United Nations Agenda 2030 is still moving forward, so let’s not be lulled back to sleep thinking things are going well.

Before we proceed, we wanted to add this update about the Big Beautiful Bill that passed today, July 3, 2025:

• The state-level ten-year moratorium clause is completely gone!

• There are now no federal limits on state or local AI regulation included in the Big Beautiful Bill. The states retain full authority to regulate AI. (Thank goodness!)

• The final bill still includes extensive AI-related funding under defense (e.g., $16 billion for AI and autonomous systems like drones). So, the bill still includes substantial federal investments in AI defense and innovation technologies.

Speaking of a digitized government, will the outcome of what’s happening today be utopian or dystopian? We think you can guess. A cashless, trackable society has been predicted for many years. The hypocrisy and entrapment of Smart Cities is now well known, and today, we are seeing facial recognition technology popping up everywhere. What else are we facing?

A global transformation is occurring right in front of our eyes. Our borders will become digital, elite platforms will rule economies, and a harsh artificial intelligence (AI) will govern decisions; so, our traditional politics will no longer be needed!

Reeling this back a little, have we given up our privacy, and are we consenting to surveillance in exchange for convenience?

Did you know that we are already being surveilled 24/7? A classic example is Google’s search engine. It’s tracking what we do and when we do it. Also, your browser tracks you. Google Chrome browser tracks everything you do online, while Gmail captures everything you type!… but there’s more. It’s also saved on its servers indefinitely! Surveillance is captured even while you’re talking on your phone. Apps can track and collect your data there, too.

This is small potatoes compared to what’s coming. We are facing a whole new set of challenges because the global elite is busy deconstructing America!

The global elites/ the ultra-rich — and we will name some of them in this article — are using their immense wealth and power to manipulate us into supporting THEIR beliefs and interests as they restructure America. They are skilled in using laws, the courts, and even the police to repress the true American people. Elites are using propaganda, words and language, and even the illusion of choice to give Americans the false impression that we are living in a just and fair society, with the help of the media, of course.

We have become an immoral and unstable society, in great need of repentance, where we’ve had

• where we’ve had the perversion of transgenderism crammed down our throats, and

• where our children have been exposed to these satanic beings, under the guise of diversity, that have allowed themselves into our schools and universities and are constantly parading themselves up and down the streets of our cities and towns in a lewd display.

The American public has been duped and lied to by the government. The news media report on distractions to draw attention away from the truth. Churches never really feed the sheep. All of this has been happening while the global elite is gaslighting and manipulating the population into questioning their own sanity and perception of reality.

Let’s take a minute and look at the actors/players that are influencing this dreaded digital dictatorship, if you will? Dive down this rabbit hole to get the details…

Note: Our elected American government better start protecting our timeless U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights and not let the haters of our American liberty root it out! It is the supreme law of our land! And, it is a covenant between the people and their government, designed to restrain power and protect liberty.

Our national sovereignty matters and cannot be ignored in order for a politician to be bought-off and well-paid. We watch as politicians grapple to please those in the billionaire club so they can rub shoulders with the rich elites. Yes, we know who likes to run around and hang with the Waltons here in Arkansas.

What’s going on behind the scenes? Take a GOOD LOOK!

• Governors engage with organizations like:

• The World Economic Forum (WEF) – indirectly, via conferences or initiatives tied to climate, digital transformation, or ESG goals.

• The National Governors Association (NGA) – which promotes data-driven governance, “smart” infrastructure, and digital innovation. (Be sure to click on the link.) This isn’t good, dear readers!

• World Bank/IMF, Gates Foundation, or UN Development Programs, especially in public health, education tech, or sustainability.

The Democrat governors, especially California Governor Gavin Newsom, Colorado Governor Jared Polis (openly gay), and former Washington Governor Jay Inslee promote AI, digital inclusion, and climate policy using global frameworks. And former California Gov. Jerry Brown spoke at Davos and championed the UN and WEF climate data policy.

Many governors are implementing technocratic mechanisms, even if not ideologically labeled as such, so there’s NO transparency:

So unfortunately, the governors are NOT being fully transparent about the origins of these frameworks. (e.g., WEF, UN Stainable Development Goals (SDGs), World Bank’s Digital Public Infrastructure roadmap).

The Governors are simply calling it ”modernization“, not technocracy or data-driven innovation, not elite control. That IS deception!

• Side note: There are currently three openly gay governors: Jared Polis (D–Colorado), Maura Healey (D–Massachusetts), and Tina Kotek (D–Oregon).

• For the record, in 2025 across all levels of government; city, state, and federal, there are 1,334 openly LGBTQ+ elected officials nationwide!

 Back to the World Economic Forum (WEF)…

The WEF is rapidly advancing a global, totally digitized government! We are talking about how they generate demands as a strict “inventive” unelected bureaucracy that moves things around to suit their agenda. This is what is going on in today’s world… Again, notice how “optimistic” they make things sound (as they encroach upon our freedoms incrementally).

The WEF promotes digital ID as:

• A gateway to financial inclusion and healthcare

• A foundation for online trust and cybersecurity

• A tool for efficient, AI-ready public infrastructure

• A system that must be ethical, interoperable, and privacy-respecting

But critics warn it could become:

• A surveillance mechanism

• A gatekeeping tool for access to rights

• A social credit-style control system if misused

So, just who is the World Economic Forum (WEF) that works hand-in-hand with the United Nations (UN)? The WEF is an international NGO and lobbying organization! Their purpose is to influence global agendas and decision making, including public-private cooperation!

And just who are the technocrat players involved, and what are their subversion tactics that are being deployed against Americans? Here’s a quick rundown:

The New World Order global elites in this influential group consist of multinational companies, political leaders, and global NGOs. WEF is aligned more with global capitalism and technocratic governance, and their guiding philosophy centers on public-private partnerships, stakeholder capitalism, and global cooperation.  

They promote:

• Stakeholder Capitalism: A key WEF concept promoted by Klaus Schwab. It advocates that companies should serve not only shareholders but also workers and the planet – within a “market framework“. So, it actually replaces Capitalism as we know it with an alternative economic system from the United Nations (UN) that’s called Sustainable Development, and/or technocracy that wants to take control of ALL resources, what is produced, and what we buy.

• Technocracy & Global Governance: WEF promotes the use of data, technology, and international institutions to guide decisions, often seen as elite-driven rather than democratic.

• Climate, AI, ESG: The Forum supports climate initiatives, digital ID, and corporate ESG goals, which some critics say resemble top-down social engineering.

Let’s try to understand what’s going on in this day and age. Technocratic governance is a system of government or decision-making in which experts, scientists, engineers, economists, or other specialists RATHER than elected politicians play a central role in shaping public policy and administering institutions. One of their goals is to reduce political gridlock!

WEF is more than a type of globalist socialism, it’s a technocratic ELITE framework: 

• They support a centralized global policy coordination

• Klaus Schwab’s infamous “you’ll own nothing and be happy”, a Davos quote

• Promotion of digital IDs, climate regulation, or wealth redistribution narratives

But these strategic deceptive ideas come from a technocratic elite framework, not necessarily a Marxist class revolution model. Technocracy means “rule by the skilled”. So, in practice, this means the so-called technical experts are trusted to make decisions about the economy, health, environment, infrastructure, or digital systems that are based on data, evidence, and expertise rather than ideology or popular vote.

They want to eventually eradicate the vote!!! HELLO?! 

Key Features of Technocratic Governance:

So, this will be rule by the Davos global elite, NOT ordinary citizens. This elitism will be a totalitarian rule, to rule the planet…

• It bypasses public input and accountability; “rule by experts” will end up silencing voters.

• It concentrates power in a small group of so-called “credentialed” people.

• It assumes problems are technical, not moral or social.

• Technocrats ARE influenced by corporate interests or global institutions.

Where Is Technocratic Governance Used?   

• European Central Bank (ECB) – Largely run by economists, NOT by elected officials.

• Health agencies (e.g., WHO, CDC) – Technocrats influence global health policy. (We hope to explain this further at some point, but this is why we have so much trouble dealing with the World Health Organization (WHO) AND the Centers For Disease Control (CDC). Their elitism wants to dictate to the world!

• WEF-style platforms – Public-private coalitions where business and policy experts guide strategy (e.g., on climate, AI, cybersecurity). Public-private partnerships have created technocratic monsters!

• China’s “governance-by-algorithm” – Tech-based control of cities and services reflects a technocratic model, though within an authoritarian system.

WEF Legal Status:
The WEF is a non-governmental organization (NGO) and foundation under Swiss law (established in 1971 by Klaus Schwab).

Founder: Professor Klaus Schwab

• • He founded the Forum and served as Executive Chairman for decades.

  • As of 2024, Schwab has stepped back from day-to-day leadership but remains an honorary figure.

  • Peter Brabeck-Letmathe: Chairman ad interim of the Board of Trustees (Be sure to click and read his bio)  

  • Børge Brende: Former Foreign Minister of Norway and current WEF President & CEO

WEF is governed by a Board of Trustees such as political leaders, CEOs, academics, and representatives from international organizations.

Key Political Leaders on WEF’s Board of Trustees

• Chrystia Freeland – Deputy Prime Minister & Minister of Finance of Canada

• Christine Lagarde – President of the European Central Bank 

• Kristalina Georgieva – Managing Director, International Monetary Fund

• Paula Ingabire – Minister of Information, Communication Technology & Innovation, Rwanda. (So, she is heavily focused on Africa, but helps nations build core digital tools like ID and civil registries.)

• Tharman Shanmugaratnam – Senior Minister & Coordinating Minister for Social Policies, Singapore (Former OECD/HLp roles)

• Ngozi Okonjo‑Iweala – Director-General, World Trade Organization (So, he is focused on global trade, but he also helps nations build core digital tools like ID and civil registries.)

• Al Gore – Former Vice President of the United States (1993–2001)

• Fabiola Gianotti – Director-General of CERN (Note: primarily a scientist, but the role influences global tech diplomacy)

• Queen Rania al‑Abdullah – Queen of Jordan, recognized for her role in global education and humanitarian diplomacy

The very presence of these questionable technocratic political figures demonstrates WEF’s shrewd strategy of linking public policy with private-sector interests. It’s good to know and understand how these actors could affect our lives. Their involvement on the Board works this way:

• Economic and financial policymaking (Freeland, Lagarde, Georgieva)

• Global development and tech governance (Ingabire, Shanmugaratnam)

• International trade policy (Okonjo‑Iweala)

• Climate and environmental diplomacy (Gore) It’s unbelievable that we are still dealing with Al Gore!

• Broader diplomatic influence and so-called “soft power”

There are many more interesting characters we would like to mention but can’t right now. But here are a few non-politicians worth mentioning:

Mukesh Ambani (India) – Corporate leader with significant political influence.

Laurence D. Fink, Marc Benioff, Thomas Buberl, and Joe Kaeser are the business figures who often collaborate very closely with global governments.

So, not a politician, but we want to mention this manipulative and ruthless man, Larry Fink of BlackRock that happens to be on the Board of Trustees, too. Here’s his bio on the WEF site:

1974, BA in Political Science, and 1976, MBA in Real Estate, University of California, Los Angeles. Former Member of the Management Committee and a Managing Director, First Boston Corporation. 1988, founded BlackRock, a global leader in investment and technology solutions to help investors build better financial futures; currently, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Today, BlackRock is trusted to manage more money than any other investment firm in the world. Member of the Board of Trustees, New York University (NYU); Co-Chairman, NYU Langone Medical Center Board of Trustees. Member of the Board: Museum of Modern Art, the Council on Foreign Relations, and the Nature Conservancy. Member of the Advisory Board, Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management, Beijing. Member of the Executive Committee, Partnership for New York City. Named one of the “World’s Greatest Leaders” by Fortune; named one of the “World’s Best CEOs” for 12 consecutive years, Barron’s.

WEF Corporate Members Include:

• Microsoft, BlackRock, Pfizer, Amazon, Meta, Google, etc.

• Banks like JPMorgan Chase, Citi, and Bank of America (three of the largest banks in the United States).  Did you know that JPMorgan Chase, Citi, and Bank of America have stated they will continue to engage with the Glasgow Financial Alliance for Net Zero (GFANZ), the UN-backed umbrella organization for various climate-focused alliances in the financial sector, to work on advancing solutions for a low-carbon future? Also, Bank of America is listed among the companies that have committed to reporting on the WEF’s Stakeholder Capitalism Metrics, which are focused on ESG indicators (environmental, social, and governance).  

• Consulting firms like McKinsey, PwC, and BCG

These corporate conglomerates listed above are economic empires reshaping society faster than any political government.

WEF Funding:

• Strategic Partners: Pay $600,000+ per year

• Industry Partners: Pay $250,000–$500,000

• Annual Davos participation fee: ~$27,000+ per person

WEF Managing Director & Executive Committee:
A professional staff runs operations based in Geneva and satellite offices (New York, Beijing, San Francisco, Tokyo).

• Strategic Partners & Public Figures:
  These groups strongly influence the Forum’s programs (e.g., climate policy, digital identity, Fourth Industrial Revolution). Here’s a link to all WEF’s so-called strategic partners.
    

• Academia see: Universities and Researchers (view the institutions captured by Marxism). The Global University Leaders Forum (GULF) is by invitation only!

This article dated January 27, 2025 gave Americans hope that some of the global elites would be pressured to back-off from their outrageous ESG and DEI policies:

However, the NWO global elites through WEF are still calling for global governance. Do you know what that means?

They are intricately involved in the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development set by the United Nations (UN).

WEF is touting digital ID as a foundational part of “GovTech,” projecting $10 trillion in public value by 2034, including improved service delivery and transparency.

The World Economic Forum (WEF) has acknowledged that digital ID systems, especially biometrics, carry risks: surveillance, coercion, and exclusion, particularly for marginalized groups, but it doesn’t seem to care! So, legitimate concerns are that these systems will be tools of surveillance, social control, or exclusion.

They are using GovStack. So, now we can see how these national digital ID systems are being implemented today:

GovStack is a global digital government initiative co-led by the World Economic Forum (WEF), International Telecommunication Union (ITU), Germany’s Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), Estonia, and others. It aims to help countries digitize public services efficiently by providing standardized building blocks, especially in low- and middle-income countries.

GovStack is a modular, open-source digital infrastructure framework that enables governments to:

• Build and scale digital public services (health, ID, finance, welfare)

• Reuse core “building blocks” like digital ID, payments, consent, messaging, and registry systems

• Avoid vendor lock-in by using interoperable, open standards

The Key GovStack Building Blocks They Are Using: 

These “blocks” are like Lego bricks: countries can mix and match to build customized systems without starting from scratch.

We wanted to break down GovStack and look at all the details. We can see these U.S. companies involved:

• U.S.-based firms such as GHD Digital have launched Govstack – a platform inspired by GovStack’s citizen-facing portals that is targeting local government deployments in North America. GHD Digital markets its Govstack platform to American municipalities, applying GovStack principles in practice. 

• Other U.S. companies (e.g., Microsoft Azure, Joget) offer technology that can align with GovStack building blocks.

Also notice these companies are working alongside core GovStack partners: Estonia, Germany’s GIZ/BMZ, ITU, and DIAL, via the Digital Public Goods Alliance and advisory boards.

Their contributions to society will aid in our undoing. They include:

• Platform-building (GHD Digital, Joget, SolDevelo)

• Infrastructure (Microsoft Azure, SCS)

• Accessibility and engagement tools (GrackleDocs, Cludo, Pope Tech, PublicInput)

• Hiring and management tools (JazzHR, FrontDeskSuite)

Here are some of the corporations and industry partners that are actively contributing to the GovStack initiative with their products, services, or technical expertise:

• GrackleDocs – Provides GovStack with tools to generate accessible digital documentation, ensuring compliance with accessibility standards.

• Cludo – Offers AI-powered search solutions that support improved citizen access and engagement.

• FrontDeskSuite – Manages digital visitor operations in government buildings, aiding secure and streamlined public-facing services.

• JazzHR – Integrates recruitment processes into digital governance platforms, enhancing public sector staffing efficiency.

• Pope Tech – Supplies web accessibility monitoring, helping GovStack ensure compliance with inclusive design principles.

• PublicInput – Enables community engagement, integrating public feedback systems into digital services.

GovStack Cloud & Infrastructure Providers  

• Microsoft Azure — Used as a trusted, compliant cloud foundation for secure GovStack deployments.

• Sovereign Cloud Stack (SCS) — Backed by Germany’s BMWK, SCS contributes an open-source cloud infrastructure block to ensure digital sovereignty.

GovStack aims to deliver modular digital government systems across sectors—health, education, citizen services. It’s done by reusing open-source components. These corporate partners enable scalable, secure, inclusive, and compliant systems, helping governments rapidly deploy digital services without vendor lock-in.

So, where is GovStack active?

Pilot Countries:  

• Rwanda

• Sierra Leone

• Tunisia

• Ukraine

• Ethiopia

• Djibouti

• Bangladesh

These countries use GovStack to launch:

• National digital ID programs

• E-health services

• Digital benefits disbursement

• Land/property registries

Critics definitely fear that the global elite tech firms could dominate the GovStack ecosystems and worry about the potential surveillance risks if linked to digital ID and biometrics… and we know that it will be! So, this raises important questions about control, privacy, and digital sovereignty, especially as more countries adopt digital ID and data-sharing platforms using GovStack.

No federal/state adoption here yet. Unlike countries like Rwanda, Sierra Leone, Tunisia, Ukraine, Ethiopia, and Bangladesh, the U.S. federal or state governments have NOT “officially” integrated GovStack building blocks into national digital ID or public service frameworks, YET, but they are working on it incrementally! BUT GovStack technology that has been pioneered by GHD Digital has already been implemented in several U.S. cities and counties through their Govstack® platform, which mirrors the modular standards of the international GovStack initiative.

See examples:

• In February 2025, the City of Corpus Christi launched a community-centered municipal website built on the Govstack platform.

• The site offers features such as responsive design, improved navigation, content management, online forms, events calendar, and a citizen portal for accessing services and news.

Other U.S. Local Deployments  

• Multiple North American municipalities (e.g., Cerritos, Leduc County, Belleville, Frontenac Islands) have adopted Govstack for:

• • CMS-powered municipal websites

  • Interactive forms and service portals

  • Events management and citizen engagement tools

• GHD Digital also offers specialized modules like Parks & Facilities used by U.S. city websites to showcase recreational infrastructure and boost tourism/customer experience.

• In March 2023, GHD Digital launched Govstack® targeting North American public sectors—aiming to provide modular platforms that deliver CMS, online forms, events, and personalized citizen portals.

The platform was supposedly selected for its security, flexibility, and the ability to tailor services to residents’ needs (Govstack precedent in U.S. local government use).

To summarize, Govstack is actively in use by U.S. cities AND counties for digital government transformation, particularly in providing easy-to-manage websites, online services, and citizen engagement tools. The exact number of U.S. municipalities using Govstack is not publicly disclosed; right now it is modest but is continuing to GROW.
