Neely Petrie-Blanchard is charged by STATE OF FLORIDA with First-Degree Murder of Christopher Edward Hallett who was shot in the head assassination-style on November 15, 2020. Hallett was the CEO of E~Clause LLC (i.e., Emoluments Clause), Ocala, Florida, and was assisting Blanchard – in fact, court exhibits show they (Blanchard and Hallett) had filed documents into Congress on the day he was gunned down.

The “E~Clause Murder” swept national headlines and Blanchard, who was arrested shortly after the murder, was dubbed the “QAnon Mom”.
The demise of Hallett and E~Clause was planned at the FBI building in Minnesota in 2020 where William Kevin Murtaugh, Apopka, Florida, said he met with FBI agents for four (4) hours to discuss “The Chaos Project”. Murtaugh, who has alluded to the fact his true identity is actually that of James ‘Whitey’ Bulger (now in the FBI Witness Protection Program) filmed himself in the FBI parking lot in Minnesota as he gloated that bad things were coming for that outfit in “Ocala” (Hallett).
Blanchard, who has been a prisoner in the Marion County Jail for 3-1/2 years abruptly terminated her attorney Jack Maro, in March 2024, after she realized Maro’s Defense Theory was a plan with the FBI to target President Donald Trump using “expert witnesses” who would implicate Trump in the E~Clause murder through propaganda falsely connecting Trump to “QAnon” “cult” activity and “mind control”.

Evidence shows there was a conspiracy against Trump developed by the FBI, Jack Maro, and others, designed to be released in April 2024 as the final attack on Trump using the courts – deployed as a psychological weapon against the American people and to interfere with the 2024 Election.
Below are the names Blanchard discovered in a letter she received from Maro, where Maro advised he contacted anti-Trumpers to be “expert witnesses” in a Defense Strategy. Maro told Blanchard to keep the information secret.
Joseph E. Uscinski, Brooke Binkowski, and Steven Alan Hassan were Maro’s “expert witnesses”.
Uscinski is the author of several books including Conspiracy Theories and the People Who Believe Them, published in 2018.
Binkowski is a former employee of the website SNOPES – a website that has link for the public to “SUBMIT A RUMOR”.
Hassan is an author and published The Cult of Trump: A Leading Cult Expert Explains How the President Uses Mind Control.
