And since both occurred post 2017, under Global Military Operations, has Maduro been working with the Alliance?
Why Trump reiterated he will not make the contents of his phone call with Maduro public despite msm reporting (fabricated?) contents?
And why despite Venezuela spending billions on its military, they were absent during the US operation and extraction of Maduro.
