The Affidavit was filed by War Correspondent Timothy Charles Holmseth into U.S. Court – Eastern District of Tennessee – 2:23 – cv – 00011, regarding the activities of Attorney Steven Scott Biss, Charlottesville, Virginia. Holmseth advised President Donald Trump and the U.S. Court that Biss appeared to be “…harvesting intelligence … transferring the intelligence to a foreign power”.

The intelligence is so sensitive it is actually illegal to possess, includes crimes against children, and is part of ABOVE TOP SECRET illegal government programs that can only be described as ‘other-worldly’ advanced technology that is being used to advance the satanic objectives of pure evil men.

On November 9, 2023, Steven E. Greer reported on his website The Greer Journal that he filed a lawsuit against his attorney, Steven Scott Biss, Charlottesville, Virginia.

“I sued my former lawyer, Steven Biss, for stealing $20,000 from me. He took a retainer knowing full well that he was never going to be able to file a lawsuit because he had no license in Ohio. He has a long track record of doing this and has had his license revoked several times,” Greer said.

Erickson retained Biss for matters involving internet crimes etc. against her family’s business, which subsequently, at the direction of Biss, morphed into a RICO action by Biss against Defendants that contained a detailed account of a cannibalism event witnessed by child cult victim Jessie Marie Czebotar who watched Hillary Rodham Clinton order the torture, rape, and dismemberment of children, whereupon, while dancing, giggling, and singing, Clinton ripped out a dying little girl’s Pineal gland and ate it – calling it “Witches Candy”.

Jessie Marie Czebotar, who defected from what she calls “the System” has publicly testified she has given her life to Jesus Christ and motivated by her faith, set forth her experiences as a child in a Witch coven where she was forced to be the Queen Mother of Darkness. Czebotar was tortured and trained under U.S. Army Colonel Michael Aquino, Ukrainian NAZI Michael Karkoc and others. Czebotar’s affidavits were turned over to Attorney Biss, as well as the U.S. Army and U.S. Court by Randi Lynn Erickson. Erickson escrowed the affidavits to protect and preserve them. The affidavits were turned over to the attorneys of President Donald Trump by War Correspondent Timothy Charles Holmseth, as well as Jessie Marie Czebotar, herself. Czebotar has filed a Petition asking to testify before U.S. Congress, which was received by U.S. Congressman Jim Jordan (R) Ohio, who heads the Weaponization of the Federal Government subcommittee.
