Blood on Texas soil. This morning, a sniper perched on a rooftop overlooking a Dallas ICE facility opened fire, leaving three detainees dead and federal officers scrambling for cover. The shooter, 29-year-old Joshua Jahn, turned the weapon on himself—but not before leaving behind shell casings engraved with “ANTI-ICE” messages. This marks the third targeted attack on immigration enforcement in Texas this year alone.

Just hours before this massacre, California Governor Gavin Newsom appeared on Stephen Colbert’s show, calling ICE agents “masked men jumping out of unmarked cars” and comparing them to an “authoritarian government.” The timing isn’t coincidental—it’s causal.
The FBI’s Kash Patel confirmed the evidence: bullets recovered at the scene bore anti-ICE engravings. This wasn’t random violence. This was political terrorism, pure and simple. Yet CNN’s coverage claimed they “do not know the motive of the shooter.” MSNBC went even further, with one analyst suggesting the anti-ICE messages might have been “a joke” meant to throw investigators off track. A joke? Three people are dead.
Former ICE Director Tom Homan didn’t mince words: “This was clearly a targeted attack against ICE.” He revealed this is part of an escalating pattern—first a Border Patrol facility shooting, then an ambush at the Alvarado detention center where a local officer was wounded, and now Dallas. Each attack was more brazen than the last.
