On November 10, 2023, BINNALL LAW GROUP filed a MOTION into 1:21-cv-02587 – Flynn et al v. Cable News Network, Inc. The filing was signed by Attorney Jason Greaves and Attorney Jared J. Roberts on behalf of their clients John Flynn and Leslie Flynn.
The Binnall Law Group told the Court that Attorney Steven Scott Biss’ “laptop, with all client files, is also missing, being taken by an unknown person”. SEE DOCUMENTS ATTACHED
EVIDENCE SHOWS Binnall Law Group is LYING to the Court because Manuel Chavez III (aka DEFANGO) openly bragged in a published video that he, personally, downloaded all of the files from the Steven Biss laptop. Chavez said, “I can unequivocally say that Jesse Binnall and the Binnall Law Group are lying about this situation”.

“No files were stolen. The State of Virginia BAR receiver has the laptop and has all of the files that are contained within. And there has never been any issue for any of Biss’ clients to get their files,” Chavez said.
Chavez said, “I was able to, over remote software, was able to verify when somebody from the Virginia State BAR, and the State Department, that entered Mr. Steven Biss’ house without permission … and they took the files”.
