There are major developments in the first-degree murder case of the “QAnon Mom” (STATE OF FLORIDA vs. NEELY PETRIE-BLANCHARD) which, by no accident, has been scheduled (after three and a half years) to coincide with President Donald Trump’s “Hush Money” communist show trial on Monday, April 15, 2024.

The Probable Cause Affidavit of Marion County Sheriff’s Investigator John Lightle includes interviews that were conducted at the scene of the murder of Christopher Edward Hallett on November 15, 2020, in Ocala, Florida.

Lightle interviewed Shannon Mutter-Tanis and her minor daughter (at the time) Lilliana Lafranca-Tanis. “She indicated that the Defendant was holding a black pistol (consistent with a Glock), with something bright yellow near the barrel,” Lightle said.

Exhibits of tests performed by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement’s (FDLE) crime lab of a firearm allegedly used by Neely Petrie-Blanchard in the assassination-style murder of Christopher Edward Hallett on November 15, 2020, shows a 9mm Luger semiautomatic pistol Serial Number C528737.

The pistol is black and has nothing “bright yellow near the barrel”.

 

Photographs in the case taken by law enforcement show a detective removing a firearm from the glove compartment of the Ford Escape that Neely Petrie-Blanchard and her husband Robert Petrie were traveling in when Blanchard was arrested in Georgia hours after the murder. The firearm was the property of Robert Petrie.

The firearm has no yellow.

The Pentagon Pedophile Task Force and TIMOTHY CHARLES HOLMSETH REPORTS has learned there is now evidence that Susan Blanchard, the mother of the accused (Neely Petrie-Blanchard) on the EVE OF THE TRIAL, is passing around photographs of a firearm she says belongs to Robert Petrie – and interestingly – the firearm has yellow on it.

Susan Blanchard, a witness in the case, apparently transmitted the photograph to Alexandra Koukounakis, Toronto, Canada, who Neely Petrie-Blanchard has asked to assist her as an ‘Agent by Necessity’ after Petrie-Blanchard terminated her attorney, Jack Maro.

“Is that Robert Petrie’s gun,” Koukounakis asked Susan Blanchard.

“Yep,” Susan Blanchard replied.

“Are you saying that was the gun you saw Neely had. I don’t think so,” Koukounakis said.

“Yes,” Susan Blanchard replied.

 

The actions of Susan Blanchard on the eve of her daughter’s murder trial are highly suspicious, because it appears Susan Blanchard is actually trying to fill up a gigantic hole in the Prosecution’s case against her own daughter by coming up with a firearm with “yellow” on it and connecting it to her daughter.

It is not escaping the attention of investigative journalists that when a witness (i.e., Tanis and/or her daughter) described a gun with bright yellow on the tip, she was perhaps not describing a gun that she actually observed, but rather, describing a gun (i.e., murder weapon) she was told would be a “Glock” with “yellow” on the tip.

The STATE OF FLORIDA’S case already appears to be a colossal hoax.

SHORT LIST OF ANOMOLIES IN STATE OF FLORIDA’S MURDER CASE

• Nobody at the crime scene was tested for gunpowder residue, including eyewitness and witness for the STATE Shannon Mutter-Tanis, eyewitness for the STATE Lilliana Lafranca-Tanis, and Neely Petrie-Blanchard.
• Law enforcement bodycam captures Shannon Mutter-Tanis telling her minor daughter Lilliana Lafranca-Tanis, as a deputy unexpectedly begins to separate them from each other, “DON’T SAY A THING! DON’T SAY A FUCKING THING!”
• The Probable Cause Affidavit filed by Officer John Lightle suggests Neely Petrie-Blanchard’s motive for shooting Christopher Hallett was because he was not helping her get her kids back into her custody and had somehow betrayed her. Lightle appears to be blatantly LYING. Official murder investigation recordings of Shannon Mutter-Tanis being interviewed by Lightle reveal Tanis told Lightle she said to Hallett, “With what your about to file she’s going to get her kids,”. 
• Shannon Mutter-Tanis says she saw Neely Petrie-Blanchard holding a gun that had “yellow” on it. The handgun in evidence has no yellow on it.
• Both Neely Petrie-Blanchard and Shannon-Mutter Tanis say 911 Emergency telephone service would not connect on the night in question. Tanis said it didn’t work for 7 minutes.
• Shannon Mutter-Tanis referred to the shooter as “he” during her 911 call.
• Neely Petrie Blanchard, who had allegedly just shot Christopher Hallett multiple times assassination-style in the head, had no visible blood splatter on her when she was arrested a few hours later.

SUSAN BLANCHARD 

Evidence, including a sworn affidavit from a former candidate for Governor of the State of Tennessee, John Gentry, reveals Gentry was highly critical of Susan Blanchard, who appears to always be at the center of her daughter’s problems.  Gentry explained how and why Susan Blanchard was the problem.

Susan Blanchard has temporary physical custody of Neely Petrie-Blanchard’s children, and that custody reportedly supplements a significant part of her income.

But the issues surrounding Susan Blanchard and the fact she is always at the center of her daughter’s problems cannot be passed off as run-of-the-mill family conflict. In fact – Susan Blanchard’s conduct and behavior appear to have been the cause of the first national headline story that implicated her daughter – “AMBER Alert issued for 7-year-old Logan County, Kentucky twin girls“.

The reporting of the utterly ridiculous Kentucky event on March 25, 2020, satisfied all the elements that would be required to implicate Neely Petrie-Blanchard in a murder that would occur eight months later in Ocala, Florida. The story described Petrie-Blanchard has “extremely unstable” and in possession of a “handgun”.
