TD: I have no idea what you’re talking about. The Erickson versus Sawyer was handled by another lawyer here that was – that’s no longer here – so I have no idea – I have no idea what you’re talking about.

AK: I’m saying there’s this accusation out there. You know what – why don’t I just email it to you. And then if you want to comment on it then you can I’m not trying to be adversarial with you in any way sir – shape or form – I’m just simply trying to find out a little bit more about the case and the leaks specifically by Brendan Tupa within your firm.

TD: I have no idea about anything related to the Erickson v Sawyer case. So I don’t know what your talking about.
