We, the body sovereign presented them each with a notice of liability and opportunity to cure. The fine is $1.75 million per claim and there are 12 signatures which means they are each personally liable for $21 million.
If they do not resign in 3 days they will be presented with a Writ of Quo Warranto and a Waiver of Tort.
If they do not rebut these truths and they remain in office we will send them a default judgment and a final bill for payment.

Really good program I knew our court system was messed up when my mom was murdered by a Punta Gorda Florida in 2016 by a incompetent police officer and the cop only got three years probation. Ruined my dads my brother and my life and the prosecutors were pathetic and the judge treated the case like a petty misdemeanor The police would joke around during break and lie for each other on the witness stand, just a big ole gang in the legal system that stick together and screw peoples lives because they have the power to do it.. My mom was 73 at a citizen academy which was supposed to be a fun event and got volunteered to role play and the cop instead of having blanks in his gun had real bullets and unloaded his gun on her.. All over National news and you’d think wed get justice, but No it was a charade I tried fighting this in every way and received no help even from Desantis or Trump or any legal agencies in Florida
This is one of the best videos I’ve seen in a long time and I’ve watched a lot of them. Miki is right, we never learned how to play defense and we didn’t even know that we could go on offense.
Having a law and the moral high ground is one thing, but without the muscle of authority to enforce the law nothing happens.

What Miki is talking about is far more practical. First put the deep state actors on notice that they haven’t taken a legitimate oath to We The People, and instead their oath is to the crown royal corporation. So that’s step one: put them on notice that they are illegally holding office, and the stick being that they are now also personally liable (not the cabal who controls them). This is a game changer, but back to the authority part that Nino questioned a lot in this video and so do I.

It’s easy to intimidate the bureaucratic class that occupies the board of supervisors or the education boards. These people are policy dictators, nothing more. It is another matter entirely to take on the police and the criminal courts.
During the pandemic I was falsely arrested for the first time in my life. After waiting three days in jail, a ‘crisis manager’ from a private company came to visit me, and after a 3 minute evaluation, they determined that I needed to be involuntarily committed to a mental institute where I was heavily drugged. I learned at that time that I was now subject to a ‘secret’ court where none of my normal rights apply. They kept me for almost a month, and when they could no longer keep me they gave me covid and sent me to a quarantine camp for 10 days.
I went through two different cycles of this, actually, and the only conclusion I could come up with was that the Nazi 4th Reich had already taken control. None of my rights were respected. There was nothing I could say to prevent what they put me through.
So we need more than just tough talk as Nino was saying. You can’t just turn the tables on judges and tell them, “No, U listen to me. I am sovereign and U work for me”… they laugh at that shit.

I like what I’m hearing from Miki but we need to know more and we need a complete plan. People can’t just run off half-cocked or they will learn the hard way like I did. We don’t have control of our police or the courts. This is the real problem. If we didn’t have that problem the military would be irrelevant.

I watched the entire Maricopa County 2 hour 18 minute Board of Supervisors Formal Meeting February 28, 2024 and there were no papers served . The meeting was adjourned and the board left. At the very end of the meeting you can see Miki Klann sitting quietly behind the podium as the last Maricopa County citizen addressed the board. The phone video clip that Miki presented to Nino did not appear authentic to the narrative the board was fleeing .
