US may resume strikes on Iran in the coming days

BATTLEFORWORLD.COM | May 16, 2026: After returning from China, President Donald Trump received plans for a new military escalation from his advisers. The Pentagon is already preparing for a possible resumption of Operation Epic Fury. And the United States Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth told Congress that Washington DC “has a plan for escalation if necessary.” – Not only are new airstrikes on Iran’s military infrastructure being considered, but also an operation involving American special forces.
