United States Cancels Ramstein Meeting, Zelensky in Trouble (Video)
A meeting of the Ramstein group of Ukraine arms donors was been canceled, sources from NATO announced on October 9.
The Ramstein group, also known as the Ukraine Defense Contact Group, was to meet while Biden visited Germany from October 10-13.
President Biden postponed his trip to Germany on October 8 “in order to oversee preparations and the response to Hurricane Milton, in addition to the ongoing response to the impact’s of Hurricane Helene, according to a White House statement.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy responded by stating he expected a new date for a summit of key allies to be arranged soon following the postponement of the planned gathering in Ramstein, Germany, due to President Biden being unable to join.
