Bạn dùng Windows 7 và đôi khi cài đặt phần mềm nào đó bạn sẽ gặp thông báo lỗi của Windows Installer. Với dòng thông báo: “Windows Installer Service could not be accessed. This can occur if the Windows Installer is not correctly Installed …”. Đặc biệt khi bạn cài đặt phần mềm có File mở rộng .MSI. Mặc dù bạn đã tải đúng tập tin phù hợp với phiên bản Windows đang dùng.
