As the company celebrates its 40th Anniversary, the Executive Board has realigned to develop an organizational structure to support thier vision for 2020.

Senior Vice President, Guy Martin, has been promoted to President. Vice President of Operations, Paul Toplak, has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Operations; Chief Estimator, Larry Johnson, has been promoted to Vice President of Estimating; and Director of Field Operations, Steve Shelton, has been promoted to Vice President of Field Operations. Vivian Lara has also been promoted from Assistant Controller to Controller. Ray Newmiller remains Vice President of Preconstruction.
