''CHERISHED - A Father-Daughter Experience'' to be held on January 30th

SHREVEPORT, LOUISIANA, (MMD Newswire) January 7, 2016 — This year will mark the 8th year for the Ark-La-Tex Father/Daughter Purity Ball to be held on Saturday, January 30th, 2016 at East Ridge Country Club. This year’s event, “CHERISHED – A Father-Daughter Experience” will also include a bonus “GIRL’S NIGHT OUT” on Friday evening, January 29th to help educate young women who will be attending the Ball about the value of “abstinence until marriage” as defined by a historical and Biblical worldview.

This year’s Ball is headed up by Nicole Dickson-Massey, who was the “catalyst” for the launch event 8 years ago and understands first-hand the challenges young women face as they attempt to remain pure in our sex-saturated culture. Nicole, in tandem with an amazing team with a passion for purity, have taken on Leadership of “CHERISHED” and have infused fresh and relevant vision into this memorable event as shining examples of how to live a pure life!

CHERISHED will continue to reach young women (grades 7th-12th) making a first time or renewed commitment of “sexual purity”. And, the Friday night “Girls Night Out” event, to be hosted in partnership with Heart of Hope Maternity Home, will reinforce the benefits of a choice of “abstinence until marriage” in a real, fun and relevant way!
