Another Freedom City

President Trump has touted the concept of Freedom Cities being built on federal public land.  The essence of these cities is the promotion of innovation in medicine, clean energy, and other technologies that are under corporate control with its own governance structures.  While he verbalizes these ambitions openly, he doesn’t talk about what he is doing to accomplish it behind closed doors.

Greenland has been Trump’s focus for some time now, under the guise that it is needed for national security due to the threats from China and Russia, going so far as to even hint at the use of military force than retracting it.  He also denied that taking Greenland was for its rare earth minerals, “you have to go 25 feet (8 meters) down through ice to get it. It’s not something that a lot of people are going to do, or want to do. No, this is security we’re talking about”.

Of course, he can say that his true ambitions to achieve that goal may be more clandestine.

Clear back in 2019, during Trump’s first term in office, familiar names were scrutinizing Greenland for its resources, not as a military strategic asset, but rather “a strategic asset in global competition with China.”  In preparation to capture and utilize those resources, investments have already been made.

Dryden Brown has a tech entrepreneur background along with philosophical, economic, and surfing influences, a history of rejection and failures, and disturbing prejudices.  He also served as a quantitative researcher and investor.  At age 23, he started a new venture for a city called Praxis, and by age 27 in 2023, he had raised $19 million dollars to build this city, potentially in the Mediterranean, which may now be defunct.  In 2024, Brown visited Greenland and offered to buy it for his project, but was rejected.

Praxis would be an epitome of a smart city with a 6G IoT-connected infrastructure, self-driving vehicles, augmented reality, and renewable energy.  Artificial intelligence would run everything with blockchain and a digital infrastructure.

Part of his motivation to build this city was concern “that Western Civilization will collapse unless we unite around a new cultural core and achieve technological supremacy”.  This is Brown explaining his city.  Further insight into his thinking can be found in this video, which, at times, his thoughts are very difficult to follow, let alone understand.  Getting past his “like, yeah, you know, I don’t know, like I mean” is difficult.  Nonetheless, Peter Thiel, along with other funders, joined Brown in pursuit of building this city in Greenland, having raised $525 million dollars thus far, most likely of no coincidence, Thiel has close relationships with both Vice President Vance and President Trump.

Brown believes “we need to replace income with capital assets” and “The solution is territorial acquisition and resource development”, which “hold trillions in mineral wealth” in order to “fund the AI transition”.  In turn, this wealth will be given to Greenland citizens as a dividend for income, releasing them from Denmark dependency.

In alignment with Trump’s economic zones for Freedom Cities, Brown calls Praxis an “acceleration” zone that is a “special economic” zone “with simplified regulations” that will “advance technology in fields like AI, biotech, and energy”, and cryopets, similar to the purposes of Prospera, and “harmonizes the goals of technology with government.” Stated more succinctly, Praxis would also develop technologies for space launches and micro nuclear reactors.

Following several initial names such as internet city, and considered a Network Nation, Praxis is now referred to as a Digital Nation to “restore Western civilization”.  One focus is housing ”around strategic industries” such as Defense hubs, like those already proposed, and data centers.  With the correct shared values, one can apply for citizenship to Praxis.  Network Nations are connected by digital relationships rather than physical proximity, and its sovereignty is “grounded in network technologies and digital infrastructures”.

Right now, “there are over 100k Praxians living in over 80 countries and 400 cities”, or more depending on which site is used, anxiously waiting for the city to be built while the community is being built online.

So the first thing these delusional characters do is create a “Paxis World Congress“, where they can declare their own brilliance in creating a better world and sign the Praxis Declaration of Ascent.  Naturally, Brown spoke at this event, but it is a transcript only, probably because of the need for extensive editing, not “minimal editing”, given his inability to put together an intelligible sentence.

Understanding that “the beliefs and intentions of the people who control AI”…”will determine the destiny of every society where it is employed”, and “explicitly encode society’s values into software”, Praxis is seen as “spearheading the plan for those determined to preserve the West’s spiritual center in an AI-dominated world” and “protecting Sovereign Intelligence”.

So why all the detail on this guy and his vision for a utopian city?

The huge red flag here is what relationship does Praxis have to Trump’s “framework” agreement regarding Denmark.  If indeed an agreement is reached to place a military base in Greenland, what a perfect set up for Praxis to support that base, not only through AI and technology, but also infrastructure support that is separate from the current governance by Denmark, keeping Greenland sovereignty intact, and out of the fray from the U.S. government pursuing needed resources.  Praxis also falls in line with Trump’s version of a Freedom City, another oligarch agenda.  Given Trump’s push for cryptocurrency, especially since the framework announcement, it is also a natural fit for Praxis, which would be run solely with crypto.  With Greenland’s mineral resources, what better way to advance the objectives of Praxis for the development of emerging technologies, and U.S. military operations.

NATO chief Mark Rutte, claimed “mineral resources had not been discussed” during the meeting with Trump, and focus would be on Arctic security with an Arctic Sentry.  The issue of the U.S. Golden Dome was also discussed, which requires “next-generation technologies“.  Efforts to fund this are already underway.  However, up to this point, it has been unclear how that money would be spent.  With Praxis, and its ambitious goals with AI and energy, and the resources needed to support the technologies for a Dome, would most likely be the source for the money.

Just like Gaza, by Trump’s own admission, “Essentially, it’s a large real estate deal…”.

It would make sense that Praxis could be included as part of a military base in Greenland, or adjacent to it, because Praxis engages with governments.  While some believe the Arctic isn’t the most hospitable place for such adventures, there are some positives, and with the backing of the U.S. government, taxpayer money is always ready to be hijacked for such follies.

Patrick Wood and others address Greenland and the Praxis issue beginning at the 1′:46″ to 1′:50″ mark in this video, which seems to bring it a step closer to the North America Technate as part of technocracy.  As Wood stated, Trump booted the UN, Agenda 21, renewables and a host of other scams in his World Economic Forum speech, officially launching technocracy.

As the framework specifics are released, it will be interesting to monitor Praxis, its progress towards becoming a city, and its relationship to what is developed for U.S. “national security”.  With details converging so closely together at the same time, it does appear this is a premeditated conclusion.  A tech hub is set up with investors putting money into the resources and building the hub; veiled threats are retracted in order to obtain a piece of land that will require the afore mentioned resources to build more defense structures; the U.S. is “clean” of any involvement with the resources, loss of sovereignty, or investments; the oligarchs get richer, the President is praised for his leadership, and Americans are once more duped into believing the misrepresentation.  All is well.
