Support Your Local Criminal

According to the Left criminals are the victims & victims of their crimes are the problem. This is something, in my wildest dreams, I never imagined would happen. People defending crime and protecting criminals. The Left doesn’t want crime stopped. There are protests objecting to cleaning up Washington DC even with DC having a crime rate worse than the poorest, most corrupt, third world countries. Six times higher than New York City, higher than Compton, California & three times higher than Islamabad, Pakistan. And these numbers are in spite of the crime rates being altered.

How naive I’ve been believing everyone was against crime. I’m a firm believer in the Rule of Law and that it has to be enforced blindly and EQUALLY but, silly me, I thought everyone on either side of the aisle agreed with me.

I’m appalled by several recent events. Last week there was a rally in support of Kilmar Abrego Garcia, an MS13, wife bearing, human trafficking illegal alien with several deportation orders against him. The “Maryland Dad” the Left has championed. Amusingly, if Democrats had just left it all alone and left him in El Salvador where he was fishing and playing soccer he’d be fine. But they insisted he be brought back to America for his “due process”. Well, he got it and now it looks like he’ll be deported to Uganda instead of his home country of El Salvador. He only told the courts he was in fear of his life if he was sent back to El Salvador to stay in America. He really wasn’t in any danger but because he said he was Democrats insisted he not be sent there….so enjoy Uganda.

The other appalling event was the illegal Indian truck driver who doesn’t speak English or is able to identify road signs but was given a commercial license to drive 16 wheelers on our highways. He tried to do a U-turn on a freeway and caused a car to crash into his rig killing three people. But are people upset that he was given a commercial license even though he couldn’t speak English or identify road signs, or that it resulted in the deaths of three Americans?? No, 2.5 MILLION people signed a petition asking for leniency. No sympathy for the dead or outrage over the lawlessness. No, they feel sorry for the illegal alien. I’m really hoping most of those who signed the petition were illegal aliens or were paid to sign. I don’t want to believe American citizens are that ignorant.

We have Mayors of crime ridden cities telling us not to believe our lying eyes. They have altered crime statistics to look like crime is down, they have lowered hundreds of felonies to misdemeanors to lower numbers and police aren’t allowed to respond to many crimes. But no matter what measures the Left takes to make it look like crime is down, people feel it and see it. They say crime is down while telling people not to wear expensive watches or jewelry.

Fortunately, I live in the 2nd safest Town in Arizona. We have no intention of “defunding the police” nor do we prevent them from doing their job. We all know if you enforce the lighter crimes you get fewer bigger crimes. I don’t understanding anyone thinking “defunding the police” or having them stand down and allow people to riot results in less crime. Or “cashless bail”? We’ve watched police arrest criminals to have them released hours later. In some cases they go after witnesses.

The attacks on ICE are also hard to believe. ICE is a legal law enforcement agency just like the police, FBI, Sheriffs, etc. Their job is to round up ILLEGAL ALIENS. FYI, it is illegal to enter this country without permission. And a felony if they do it more than once. Since we haven’t been enforcing immigration laws for decades, many have crossed many times. Tens of millions of illegal aliens were allowed to flood into our country the last 4 years….clearly to change our population. Do you seriously believe they were all “refugees” fleeing from danger or oppression? Look at pictures of the caravans and the majority are military aged men. What man would flee danger without his wife, children, parents, siblings, etc? Do you believe MS13 is fleeing anything? Refugees are normally family units.

Trump has tasked ICE to remove as many of those who flooded into our country the last 4 years. Personally, I believe all illegals should be removed. As I said earlier, laws must be applied blindly & equally. I’m sorry if your nanny or gardener is caught up in this but laws need to mean something and be enforced.

I hope Democrats keep defending crime and criminals during the midterms….it’s not a good look.
