The Indiana Fever were in action on Wednesday night for their second game of the WNBA season. Caitlin Clark, Sophie Cunningham and the rest of the squad headed into the game looking to bounce back from their opening-day loss to the Dallas Wings on Saturday.

Clark and Cunningham both marked their return from injury against the Wings. This was the first regular-season game for both stars following season-ending injuries in 2025.

Clark finished with 20 points, five rebounds, seven assists and two triples. Cunningham, however, was quiet in her first start of the season. The 6-foot-1 guard logged three points, four rebounds and three assists in 26 minutes of action.

The Fever lost, 107-104.

Indiana Fever vet Monique Billings arrives to Sparks game in style

Clark and Cunningham usually draw the most attention for their pregame outfits. Neither of them disappointed with their respective looks in Wednesday’s matchup at Crypto.com Arena in L.A.

Clark arrived in an oversized tan jacket over a white crop top, which she paired with camouflage pants and white pointed heels. Cunningham, on the other hand, went for a more glamorous look with a blue satin mini dress and open-toe heels.

One particular Fever player, however, stole the spotlight on Wednesday night. Veteran forward Monique Billings took center stage ahead of her Indiana debut.

Billings wore a light olive green bandeau top, which she paired with coordinating fitted shorts. The highlight of her ensemble, though, was the snake-print thigh-high boots. This was the standout item of her outfit, adding drama, edge and a runway vibe.

Billings accessorized with oversized hoop earrings and tinted sunglasses to complete her retro-meets-Y2K aesthetic.

The fans on social media were all over Billings and her outfit for the game.

“Mo-goodness!!! 🌹” a comment on Instagram read.

“Mo ATE THAT UP,” declared a user.

“Mo 🔥🔥” a supporter wrote.

“Ain’t know MO had all that,” another said.

“Mo😍” wrote a fan.

“Mo left zero crumbs on that walk up! 😮‍💨” said another.

Billings missed the Wings game due to an ankle injury, which she sustained in the Fever’s final preseason game. Now in her ninth season in the WNBA, the 6-foot-4 forward holds career averages of 6.3 points and 5.6 rebounds per game.
